Welcome to your peaceful Wolf River getaway
Tucked along the beautiful Wolf River in Shawano County, this peaceful and spacious home is the kind of place where families and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Whether your perfect day includes kayaking, fishing, swimming, sitting on the screened porch with coffee, or gathering around the fire pit at night, there is something here for everyone to enjoy.
With more than 400 feet of river frontage, you’ll enjoy gorgeous views, peaceful surroundings, and even the chance to spot bald eagles and pileated woodpeckers. Inside, the home offers over 2,200 square feet of comfortable living space, with plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together.
In the summer, cool off in the above-ground pool, spend time on the water, or enjoy the fresh air from the large deck and screened porch. In cooler months, cozy up inside by the pellet fireplace, play games downstairs, or gather with family and friends for a relaxing evening in.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including dishes, cookware, utensils, and both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The great room opens to the large deck, making it easy to enjoy river views throughout your stay.
The main-level primary bedroom includes a king bed, beautiful river views, and direct deck access. You’ll also find two additional bedrooms on the main floor, along with a full bathroom and a half bathroom.
Downstairs, the lower level offers even more space to gather, including a bar area, pool table, dartboard, full bathroom, three-season porch, and a fourth bedroom with two full beds and a twin trundle. Board games and books for all ages help make rainy days and quiet evenings just as enjoyable as time spent outdoors.
We live next door in an attached but fully separate in-law suite and are available if needed. On rare occasions, the laundry room and stairway may be shared.
