Ghana trip
The facility looks as described in the description. It is spacious enough yet it brings the family together. The space has a balcony which is rear for outdoor sitting and enjoyment of the cool evenings we encountered. The property is in a GREAT location. It is centrally located I mean we were less than 10 mins away from
any of our evening activities. The building was quiet. And the security guards were always in site.
I would recommend that the property owner include a book or a QR scan code on how to use the different switches. We weren’t aware that turning on a switch gave you hot water, turned in the stove or that it had to be on for the refrigerator to work. We had a pipe that needed to get fixed in two bathrooms but no one came. We were told that they reached out to the plumber but they were having some challenges with the person so they apologized. We made do with the circumstances but it would have been better if those accommodations were resolved expeditiously. Also adequate linen (e.g., towels) was not provided for the number of guest in the home.
Overall we did love where the property was located. We loved the guards that worked at the facility. We did love the home just minor things needed to get fixed. Due to the fact we were not home for an extended period of time we didn’t focus too much on the issues that needed to be resolved.
