There's no place like the cottage! Itā€™s a beautiful, fully updated cottage which is located in a quiet cottage community off Lake Huron. Can be used year-round so you can enjoy the dazzling summer days as well as the winter wonderland. It offers air conditioning, heat and a cozy fireplace. This is the first time we are offering the cottage to renters.

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is just the place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while enjoying the beachside community. We are just 2 minutes from private beach access and a 10-minute walk to the popular historic Point Clark lighthouse and main beach. You can enjoy swimming at the beach and majestic sunsets. A boat launch is also at the lighthouse.

This cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, can easily accommodate up to 8. Itā€™s well stocked with everything you need, just pack your bags and enjoy!

Dine and play in the dinning room. We offer a table which turns into bumper pool and can be used for cards games including poker.

Living room: Comfortable seating with plenty of room to spend lazy afternoons. It is equipped with a smart tv which will provide you access to all your favorite streaming accounts ie: logging into your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video and more. It includes a DVD/VHS player with a selection of movies to choose from. Enjoy playing Nintendo on an NES system or making memories laughing and having fun playing one of the many games available.

Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer

Outside: Relax by the large outdoor firepit area and enjoy some roasted marshmallows. There is ample seating outside both by the firepit as well as on the large composite deck. The deck offers a huge umbrella for shade, perfect for lounging on the outdoor furniture. The back deck has a gas BBQ for all of your grilling needs, if open flame cooking is more your style there is a cooking grill for the firepit. Spend all day outside on the large property that is surrounded with trees for privacy, the space offers plenty of room to spread out and play lawn games or have a water fight. At night, gaze up at the breathtaking stars.

The cottage is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood where people wave to each other. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:30 am. This space is not appropriate for parties or large get togethers. It is a quiet family vacation spot. There are 3 parks within walking distance including a basketball and tennis court. The area boasts lots of hiking trails for you to take in the nature.

This small town offers a restaurant, as well as a general store just 5 minutes down the road that has almost everything you would need, groceries, liquor, gas station, Country Style Donuts and Mr. Sub.

Kincardine is only a 15-minute drive away. It has 2 large grocery stores, cute shops, restaurants, breweries, go carting/mini golf and a splash pad.

Pets are not allowed
Garbage and recycling should be store in the allocated areas. Garbage tags will be provided.
Linens and towels will be provided
The cottage will be professionally cleaned and sanitized between bookings
There is no smoking
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and Checkout is 11:00 a.m.
Wood is not provided
Fireworks and sparklers are prohibited and an additional fee will be charged if used.

Gorgeous property, just like the pictures! The house was super well organized and everything was labelled, which made it very easy to find anything we needed. We also loved the selection of dvds the host had. Super easy to check in and out! And what a great location, super close to the beach!

Fun Family week

I stayed at this cottage with my wife and 2yr old. We had our in-laws visit also. It was a perfect place to stay with my family. We enjoyed camp fires and the short trip to the beach. The place was very clean on arrival and they had everything you need for a fun week at a cottage.

Fabulous cozy cottage. All amenities included. Private beach access is nice, especially for watching sunset and stargazing. Short walk to main beach is best for swimming (or 2 min drive). Host was responsive and courteous! Would love to return

A lovely retreat that surpassed all expectations.Extremely clean, organized and comfortable getaway home nested on a beautiful property that's walking distance to the beach.There was nothing we needed that was not provided, allowing us to enjoy our stay and create memories that will last a lifetime. Lovely property, fire pit and barbecue were great, tiny beach is a few minutes' walk, bigger beach is maybe 15 minutes walk. Kitchen had tons of cooking equipment and dish service for 12. Owner was very reachable with questions. Lovely community, would stay again.

Fantastic cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, very well equipped and perfectly located near a beach. There were lots of indoor and outdoor games, large front yard for the kids to run around, and fire pit. Very clean and comfortable, we will be back.

The cottage was very clean, check in was simple and stress free. There was a small issue when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and got back to me immediately. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, I was impressed. The space is family friendly. The beach was mostly all rocks and there were a lot of dead fish, so we didnt spend any time there, but obviously dead fish are not the host's fault. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others as well!

Short Getaway!

Proximity to beach was super. Played beach volleyball, lots of biking, walking, campfires each night. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great spot for a relaxing long weekend with family

This was a great spot for a family of four and a couple of grandparents for a long weekend! It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the front deck and a few board games. It is really close to the beach to watch stunning sunsets and to the Point Clark lighthouse beach too! The host was very responsive, which is a bonus!

This was our second year staying at this cozy cottage, and it won't be our last! We love it. The owner is quick to answer, the the cottage description is spot on! It was spotless when we arrived. It's was chilly and rainy for our stay, but this cottage is well equipped for family fun in any weather. If a worry free cottage is what your looking for, look no further! We are already planning for next year and more memories!

This cottage met and went far beyond my expectations, we truly enjoyed our stay and will happily book it again. Our host Jessica was great at sharing the information needed, and when we requested to have an extra night, she communicated promptly and made the process painless. Our family really enjoyed our little getaway and the cottage was perfect for us. It was secluded, quiet, and clean. It had a rustic feel outside, and a newer updated feel inside. The cottage was supplied with a lot of little things that you might not think to bring, but were readily available for use.
