Railroading runs deep in our veins at The Depot. My father was a second generation railroader and train engineer, and worked on one the last operating steam engines in the United States here in the Williamson Railroad Yard. My parents built this house in 1959 and lived here their entire lives.
Our house is spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch-style one level home. We have a large open kitchen/family room with pub table, full size couch/ chair, and lift chair. Large separate formal living room/dining room. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds. The third bedroom is an office/bedroom space with a queen size Murphy bed. There are 2 full size baths, one with a shower, and the other with a tub/shower combo. We have a patio with outdoor dining/umbrella table. Also, a covered side porch with a table and chairs provides an area for smokers, as we don't allow smoking inside our house. There is also a covered front porch with seating. Special discounted rates are available for weekly and monthly long term stays. Our house is not appropriate for trail riders as we do not have parking facilities for trail riders- trailers, SxS, ATV’s, etc. See Additional Amenities for more information.
