We certainly enjoyed having our family vacation together here. The Elk Chateau was very roomy and we enjoyed every amenity it had to offer. When they say the driveway is steep, they aren't kidding, but since the weather was good, all the vehicles made it okay. We'll be prepared next time, if we are able to return. Thanks again to the hosts.

The best place we have ever stayed at. Everyone had plenty personal space, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, a space kitchen. Everything was spacious and beautiful inside and out. Great hosts!! Thank you so much!

It really was an incredible stay! The beautiful āElk Chateauā was everything it stated and much more. Beautiful location and fabulous home with everything we needed to make our family trip memorable.

Beautiful and relaxing
Loved our stay at Elk Chateau. Beautifully furnished and immaculately maintained and cleaned. Stayed with our family of 12 and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. We were able to see several large Bull Elk from the deck. We would all love to visit again!

Relaxing weekend for multi-family get together
We were in the area for a family wedding. This house was perfect for my siblings and their families to all have space to relax and enjoy the weekend together. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the games kept all the kids entertained. I would not hesitate to stay here again when we are in the area.

Elk Chateau
Great place for my family. My grandkids loved the basement with the Home Theater and the arcade games. The adults loved the deck with the view. We all loved the kitchen with the big table looking out plus the outdoor table for our lunchtime meals.

Week In Cloudcroft
Absolutely wonderful and spacious cabin for my family of five! This was my first trip back to Cloudcroft after about 20 years, and the first time bringing my teenage kids. This cabin brought back many of the memories I made as a kid visiting Cloudcroft, and those memories have now been passed down to my kids thanks to our magnificent stay at the Elk Chateau!

Wedding Lodging
This place was amazing. We needed lodging for our daughter's wedding that was being held in a meadow in a canyon over. The owner was very accommodating. Wish we had more time to hang out at this cabin. Thanks for everything!

Long weekend in the mountains
Had a great long weekend. 3 couples. Was great to have 3 king beds, each with own bathroom. Great views off back decks. Everything was as advertised. Highly recommend.

Very nice and spacious.
We all really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, beautiful
and up to date.
The kids loved the out door area and the arcades. The adults enjoyed the large back porch with a great view and top of the line grill. We loved the kitchen and living room as well.
We've been in several rentals in the area over the years and this is our favorite by far.

Annual snow trip
What an Amazing place to stay! Beautiful veiw from the upperdeck. Plenty of rooms and beds for family and friends.Table big enough for the whole family to enjoy meals or game nite. Loved the instant hot water after a day of playing in the snow. Ez check in and great communication. We definitely will be back next year! Thanks again

BEAUTIFUL and FUN Cabin!
Cabin is beautiful and great for family getaways! Everyone had a blast in the arcade room! We enjoyed watching movies in the entertainment room. Cabin is perfect for large groups and won't feel crowded. Owners are amazing and very attentive with any questions or concerns. Lovely scenery and about a mile away from a beautiful waterfall. Will definitely be returning to this cabin! :)

Absolutely gorgeous!!! Great place for big families! Big family kitchen, up to 6 people able to cook at the same time. Nice and clean rooms. Great water pressure and hot water. You will love the views! Will definitely book for another time.
