Steeped in history, the area was shaped by railways and Atlanta’s first horse-drawn trolley line, supporting much of the city’s post-Civil War growth. Cool winter mornings settle over Castleberry Hill as the city begins to stir, and by evening the skyline glows just beyond your private rooftop patio. Inside, high ceilings and lofted spaces create a calm retreat where you can gather, unwind, and take in the rhythm of downtown Atlanta from above.

Living spaces
This entire rental unit sits in a newly completed 2023 building in the heart of Castleberry Hill. The main living area opens into an expansive loft-style layout with distinctive brick and tile accents and custom furnishings throughout. A lofted mezzanine lounge offers a second place to relax, whether you’re watching TV or enjoying a quieter moment away from the main level. From here, step outside to the private rooftop patio, where the city skyline becomes especially striking on crisp winter evenings.

Sleeping arrangements
The layout includes three bedrooms with five beds, accommodating up to 10 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while a third semi-private room includes an attached half bath. The setup allows flexibility for groups or families traveling together.

Bathrooms & laundry
Bathrooms are stocked with essentials, and a bathtub offers a place to unwind after a day exploring the city. A free washer and dryer are located in the unit, making longer stays easy and convenient.

Kitchen & dining
The open kitchen provides a comfortable space for preparing meals and gathering around the island. With full kitchen access, it supports everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home without feeling crowded.

Work & connectivity
A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers a quiet place to focus when needed. Wifi is available throughout the condo.

Outdoor & building amenities
Along with the private rooftop patio, the building includes access to a shared BBQ grill. The property also features a private entrance, and an elevator serves the building with accessibility-friendly dimensions.

Parking & access
Parking is straightforward with two free parking garage spaces on the premises, along with free street parking nearby. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival experience.

Safety & convenience
Exterior security cameras are located in common areas, elevators, and entry doors, with no cameras inside the condo. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for added peace of mind.

Castleberry Hill is one of Atlanta’s most historic and creative neighborhoods, known for its converted warehouses, galleries, restaurants, and walkable streets. With downtown attractions, public transit, and major highways close by, it’s easy to explore the city while returning each night to a quieter corner of downtown.

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.

Great proximity to State Farm and lots of room

This was such an awesome location for our church group with parking so we didn’t have to pay extra. Stayed 2 nights for Passuon conference and would def book again

First time and the Best Time

This was the first time I had rented or stayed like this. I was there for my son's Morehouse graduation!! I come to the city a lot and never knew of this place!! I will be visiting again for leisure real soon. Everything about this was awesome! Thank you- Ryan great contact host!!

Atlantas Mart Buying Trip

We were very happy with the property! It was so beautifully decorated and could not believe how gorgeous the bathrooms were! It was apparent that a designer covered every detail in every room! We enjoyed the rooftop lounge area and loved the fact that there was private parking in a secure parking garage in our building! We will book this property again and again!

The Property inside Was Nice And Well Manicured. But The Parking Was A Struggle. Only Room For Small & Mid-sized Vehicles. Also we Had A Little Trouble Finding things.like ironing Boards I Suggest A Small Description sticker would have been Helpful. Also the Property Advertised A Chef that Was Included in the RENTAL but when we Arrived it Was no Mention of this At All Which I Concluded was A False Advertisement . Which ultimately caught my Eye in Helping me Make a Decision to Stay at this Property. The Other was the 3 Bedrooms & 3baths. Personally I Believe the Property would have Sold itself Without the Misleading Advertisement.
Ironing Board inside Would have been Helpful for me and my Guests.
