Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Fully furnished with everything you need. Updated kitchen with all your cooking needs. Enjoy the gorgeous views of Boca Ciega from the spacious balcony, you can see water activity and dolphins from the balcony. Flat TV screens in living room & bedrooms-WiFi. Washer/dryer. Common areas include pool w/hot tub and a barbeque area with grills and a sitting area. Many restaurants nearby, grocery stores and Docs Ford Restaurant next-door to Boca just steps away. Shopping Mall close by too. Short 5 minute drive to the beaches. Across the street is the Pinellas Trail for your morning walks. Nature parks too. Must be at least 25 to reserve unit.

Our host, Virginia was great. She responded to our inquires within minutes. The condo was very inviting, colors, soothing, as was the decor. The amenities were above what we had expected, everything and more was provided. The welcome basket of snacks was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep.

Great Stay

The place was very clean and well kept. The view was great from the deck and a wonderful place to have coffee on the morning and watch the sunset at night. Would absolutely stay again!

I rented this condo from Ms. Virginia and Ms. Bianca for 21 days and I would absolutely rent from them again. When I arrived at the condo I found a welcome basket which was very nice. I was here to have neck surgery and the recovery was wonderful at the condo. The condo was very quiet and very comfortable. If anything was wrong in the condo Ms. Virginia was very quick about getting it fixed. She also checked to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend this condo to everyone!

Great condo for relaxing and close by activities.

4 adults enjoyed the stay. Condo had everything we needed, plus some welcoming treats. Owner was easy to communicate with. Will come back in the future.

Suited our needs perfectly. Clean and well appointed. View was wonderful. Though you can see a bridge in the photos, cannot hear traffic when doors are closed. Virginia was very responsive. Enjoyed the pool area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Unit was clean and well stocked. Virginia was very helpful and very responsive to messages. The view from the balcony was amazing and seeing the dolphins every morning and evening was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful, sitting on the deck and watching dolphins in the am while eating breakfast was cool. 5 minute drive to MAD beach excellent. highly recommend the property.

What a wonderful home!

This home should be the model for vacation rentals. We enjoyed the welcome gift basket of goodies. You can tell the owner takes pride in this condo. It is spectacular. The sunsets from the balcony, are amazing across the bay. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins while at the pool. Having Doc Ford's next door was just a bonus. This was our second time renting this unit and I'm sure it won't be our last. The host is amazing to work with.

Family Visit

Was in St Pete to visit my parents who live in an independent living facility nearby. This condo was in the perfect location to easily get to them. The property manager made sure I had everything I needed, although I didn’t need anything. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Home!!

Such a beautiful condo. It was a home away from home. We loved the gift basket that was left for us. The sunsets were amazing. The location was very convenient for us and Doc Ford's being next door was a big bonus. Virginia was such a wonderful person to speak with. I felt like I was talking with my mom. We will definitely rent from her again. This place is amazing!

Wonderful week in St. Pete!

This condo was so cute and very well stocked with everything you need! Not only does it have plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware, but the host also provides snacks and bottled water! What a nice extra touch! There are plenty of nice plush towels, extra blankets, beach towels for the pool and hot tub, and everything is very good quality. It isn’t like most rentals with the bare minimum of cheap stuff. No, this seemed more like a home, and it really makes a difference in comfort level. The beds are very comfy, and the balcony view is great overlooking the intercostal! The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, including Doc Fords right next door. We ate there twice! Virginia was the best host, very responsive to answer any questions. We will most definitely stay here again.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The extremely small unit was not clean. I walked around for 20 minutes in bare feet and my feet were dirty. Cutlery in the drawer was dirty. Long black hairs on the bed sheets when bedding was turned down. Long black hair on the bathroom floor. My husband and I both have short hair. The "gym" that I was told existed had three pieces of equipment in a corner of a common room that had filthy carpet. The deck on the condo is adjacent to a causeway so the noise of traffic is constant. You could not have a relaxing chat out on the deck. We stayed one night and left. I paid for two weeks. Asked for a refund but was denied. It was definitely the worst choice I've made in a rental unit and we've rented many.

After you had moved out of the condo you wrote to address your issues. First of all, had you reached out to me on your concerns inside my unit I would have sent someone to clean the unit again to make you feel comfortable. I am present while the cleaning is being done to make sure everything is looked over completely clean and nothing is missed. Next, you said the “extremely small” unit? It is a 2 bedroom condo with a king size bed and a queen bed in the second bedroom, with two full bathrooms, which is listed on the VRBO posting. As previously mentioned, the unit gets booked by repeated long term guest and vacationers. We are in an urban area (St. Petersburg is a sub-tropical region) where you get some noise traffic, from gatherings, people passing by in the walkways etc. I believe you assumed something else in a different location. The general area is surrounded by water and highways. I have been renting my condo for several years and never had a guest complain. My priority is to accommodate and provide a clean enjoyable condo for the stay in the unit. I am sorry your expectations weren’t met and wished we could have resolved this matter. Regards, Virginia
