Located on a quiet street steps away from the beach, this well furnished 3 level END UNIT townhouse has it all.

With three levels of living space, this spacious townhouse can sleep 10 people. The unit has four bedrooms, three and a half baths.

There's a private balcony for 3 of the bedrooms with the Master bedroom (top level) having a wonderful view of the ocean.

All rooms have a TV and USB power strip.

The First floor
Two bedrooms both with queen size beds and a full bath to share. Both bedrooms have been refurnished (2021).

The Second floor
Has a living room, dining room, updated kitchen, washer and dryer, half bath and a covered deck with seating with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean.

In the living room, there are two sofas with one of them can be used as a pull out queen bed. A large screen HDTV and DVD player. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room.

The Third level
Spacious master suite with a queen size bed with In-suite master bath and an HDTV and its own deck overlooking the ocean.

A 4th bedroom with twin beds with its own bathroom and shower and HDTV.

The unit has HVAC, dishwasher, outside shower, TV, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, and two parking spaces. It also has an updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Renter must provide their own linens and towels (pillows and comforters included)

We disinfect all countertops after each rental.

Rentals are a full week (Saturday to Saturday) during the high season.

3 Nights minimum to rent OFF SEASON. NO PARTIAL WEEK during the season.

5 Days minimum for LABOR DAY weekend.

Fantastic Beach GetawayWe had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to everything you might need. Great property location right next to the beach. Easy check in with door code so there was no need to pick up/drop of keys like many other properties in Dewey. This makes check in/check out super convenient. The house was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. The host was great with communication as well.

So close to the beach

Can’t beat the location. The property had everything we needed. It was a comfortable space for our family of 9. The ocean view balconies are priceless!

Centrally located Beachhouse

His townhouse is centrally located to the beach on one side and restaurants and shops on the other side. It actually felt a little bigger/nicer than the photos showed. I would like to deduct 1 star for only having a queen bed in the master instead of a King. But I don't want to take away from their business.

Fabulous Dewey Condo

The condo was as described and pictured. Plenty of large pots for cooking, grill tools, 2 blenders, toaster, toaster oven and high end kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable, full dressers and closets for our belongings. The guys were happy with the expanded cable service in all rooms to watch sports and no issues with wifi. The location is unbelievable, 5 min walk on private beach path was much appreciated with a 1yr old. Our family of 9 had plenty of space to spread out. Yevette was wonderful to work with, no issues with the condo or rental process.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved everything about our stay in this Townhome! We absolutely loved the location. You are so close to the ocean, have gorgeous views, and within a short walking distance to the best places to eat in Dewey. The home was very clean and we really enjoyed the renovated kitchen and baths! The owner Yvette was so helpful and kind. She sent multiple emails prior to our checkin and followed up after our checkin to make sure everything was ok. We were beyond happy with every aspect of our stay at this townhome & it made for a perfect family vacation!

Family Beach Trip

The house and Yvette are both great. She is very easy to work with. The house is very close to the beach and kept nicely. The location made it super easy to go back and eat lunch or put the kids down for a nap. We loved our trip!

Spacious townhouse at convenient yet quiet location

Like other reviewers pointed out, the location of the house is close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance yet it feels tucked away and very quiet at night. We had four adults and three kids and there is plenty of space for everyone. The master suite on the top floor has very nice view of the ocean and a spacious bathroom. The two older kids shared the other bedroom on the top floor and loved having their own bathroom. The bottom two bedrooms both have queen size beds and shared a nice-sized bathroom in the hallway. All the bathrooms have updated counters/fixtures. On the main floor is kitchen/dining/family room area. We cooked a few meals here and there is plenty of room for all the adults to move around and cook together. Some of the cookware is pretty scratched up and probably needs to be replaced soon but we made it work. The dining chairs also needed a bit of deep cleaning to get some of the built-up grime off but not a big deal. Plenty of glassware and plates are available for everyone. Kitchen is updated with granite counter and stainless steel appliances which is another reason why I chose this location. We also loved that each bedroom has access to various sized decks. Although the only two decks with good views are the master suite deck and the main floor deck and that's plenty deck space. It was nice to have coffee in the morning and drinks at night out on the decks listening to the ocean waves. The outdoor shower has a handheld shower head which makes cleaning easy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Yvette for keeping the place in great shape all the helpful information!

Great week at the beach!

We really enjoyed this property, the location was perfect! We booked last minute-ish due to COVID19 hesitation and luckily Yvette had a cancellation so our dates were available. Our group consisted of two familes with 4 kids, ages 9-16. The younger kids shared the smaller 1st floor queen room while the teens took over the 3rd floor 2 twin room with its own bathroom and balcony...they loved having a private spot away from the rest of us. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a little worn, but honestly with kids we prefer it to not be brand new light colored couches as seen in some homes...too stressful! The variety of decks was nice and the view from the living room and master was incredible. The kitchen had everything you might need (except a wine key which we grabbed from the close by convience store and left behind for future wine drinkers). Appliances were updated and in excellent condition. All the neighbors were friendly and, even though the house is in the middle of it all, it is tucked away far enough from the main drag that it's quiet at night. The development's private beach access path was unexpected but a great touch especially when trying to socially distance! Dewey is our family's happy place and Yevtte's home helped make it so!

Great Layout & Location with a Fun & Calm Vibe

This was the perfect layout for two families to enjoy time together at the beach. We loved that there were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone and that the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. There were TVs in two of the bedrooms. It would've been really nice to have them in all four bedrooms to eliminate having to decide who gets a bedroom with a TV. The open concept kitchen, dining & living room space were nice for our two families to gather and interact. The multiple decks were a great perk that offered everyone different places to sit and relax. The nearby wooden walkway provided a short path to walk to the beach. We were amongst lots of families with plenty of activity going on, but at the same time there was a calm vibe and it was quiet most of the time. The beach was beautiful and had really fun waves for boogie boarding. The property was also located to several walkable conveniences for take-out, ice cream, gift shops, and a liquor store. Choosing this property gave us a great balance of features that met our expectations & made our vacation satisfying and complete. Many thanks to Yvette for the opportunity to stay here and for her wonderful hospitality.

Loved it!!!

There were 6 adults and not one of us had ANY complaints! The unit was beautiful. The layout allowed for exceptional privacy and space. The owner was very kind and accommodating. She even checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect! The beach view was great! Oh, the ice cream at the shop on the corner was delicious. The pistachio had tons of whole nuts! We happened to be there during an extreme heat wave but the unit was always cool!!! Can’t say enough about it!!!

Great Place!

We've been coming to Dewey for over 20 years and always stayed in the same place. This unit was in the same complex and we loved it! It has a great kitchen (was missing an ice maker though). We will definitely rent it again. Thanks!

Great Location!

Five of us had such a great time! Very nice Townhouse, walking distance to all the fun spots in Dewey and short Uber ride to fine dining in Rehoboth. Short walk to the beach, nice to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas! Thank you Yvette!
