Great space. Very light and comfortable. Glad to be able to bring my pups. Communication with owner was prompt and friendly. Location is great as well. Great space to work and loved the fenced backyard.

Cape Coral’s slice of heaven

My husband and I easily checked into Cape Sunscape. The contact person, Marisa, communicated promptly with any questions I had - and yes, somehow I lost the address! We found a well appointed kitchen, cozy living room, glassed enclosed sitting room and study with a cute patio outside. This gem is close to everything - Town Center (Cape Coral downtown) is minutes away with unique restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood is walkable to Jaycee Park. Easy parking on site and wonderfully located. We even saw baby burrowing owls on one of our walks! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Fit the Bill!

We needed a place on short notice to stop over in the FM Area to see our kids and grandkids for a one day visit.everything was perfect. Marissa was accommodating and welcoming. We plan to use if for return longer visits in the future.

Adorable Beachy Bungalow

I needed a place to accommodate my elderly in-laws while work was being done on their home locally. This little rental fit the bill. We called it "the Bungalow" because from the moment you walk in, you feel like it's a beachside get-away with it's bright decor and nice touches such as a super comfy lounge chair upholstered in seaside motif tucked in a corner of the master bedroom. It served well as a reading nook. The Master has wide doors which recess into the wall. The Master opens to a very functional full kitchenette. Walking through the kitchen, you'll find a cozy TV room with quite a large TV. I might add My FIL was pleased. This room has an open concept style as it flows into a beautiful enclosed sunroom. The owners provide nice touches such as a dining table for two in the sunroom, a study desk to do those pesky bills, and two comfortable lounge chairs. The sunroom provides access to a very private, fenced yard of pebble stones. Beachy touches of surfboards, flamingoes, etc. are everywhere. Fun. This rental is pet friendly, which made Maxie, my in-law's cocker-poodle, happy. There are ample sheets, blankets and towels. Oh, watch out for that octopus in the closet! Another neat aspect of the location is the proximity to the growing night life of downtown Cape Coral. Plus, the much loved Jaycee Park. Wonderful to stroll through. In short, this is a great find in a wildly popular section of Cape Coral. The hostess is gracious and assisted when asked. Great!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt.
