Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.

Our home is located just outside of the town of Santa Claus which features Holiday World/Spashin Safari, Santa's Candy Castle, and Santa Claus Christmas Store. We also have a grocery store and Dollar General about a mile down the road for your convenience.
Getting around the town is easy by vehicle and you even have the opportunity to take a stroll on our new walking/bike trails.
Neighboring housing is available for additional friends and family. Listed under X Marks the Spot(Blue, Red and Orange).
We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheetsand a starter pack on toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel. Coffee, single serve coffee and creamer along with ketchup and mustard packets are there for your convenience too.
