Awesome vacation
When we first pulled up, on Christmas day, we had to call the owner because we were five hours early and he accommodated us with an early check-in.
The condo was very clean, freshly painted, and new furniture throughout.
The neighborhood was super quiet with awesome access to the beach.
Would highly recommend this is your next vacation.

I would buy this place in a heartbeat
This property was perfect. The setting was great. Beautiful private beach, relaxing outdoors. The property was simple and comfortable. Itās had everything I needed. The bed was great. It was just overall a great stay and I told the owner if he ever wanted to sell, keep me in mind.

Fun and relaxing stay
My husband and I stayed the last of December through the new year. Our place was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a private beach and a quiet place to sleep and relax. We slept with the windows open to hear the gulf waters at night. One morning we woke up to a beautiful Cardinal tapping on our window. We definitely will be staying here again!

It could be paradise!
The property is wonderful! New owners are in the middle of a lot of renovations on the outside of the property. The location is perfect if youāre a beach person! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony right on the beach. Great restaurants, nearby. constant stream of dolphins and yachts. We will return!

Location bliss!
Property was a hidden gem. Upstairs has perfect views from bdrm and lvng rm. Everything you could need, fresh and clean. Easy parking and steps to beautiful beach. Bed and pillows were comfy. 2 rocker recliners and sofa to watch TV. Kitchen was nice too. Next door down entire street to jetties are gorgeous homes and great eats really super close by.

Quick Getaway
We loved our 2nd story deck and master bedroom view of the ocean. It was the perfect location, away from the crowded public access area.The jetty was nice to walk to and watch the sunrise in the morning. The shells were abundant. Dog friendly beach with responsible owners. There were two loungers provided as well as beach towels for the beach. They are updating the outdoor area. Overall a great experience!

Quaint, Quiet, and Perfect
My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this quaint little condo on a private beach. This little gem had everything we needed for our stay. This one bedroom apartment was small but was a perfect size for us. The kitchen had the tools necessary for the preparation of food. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The tub/shower was of average size. We enjoyed the screened patio as it, along with the bedroom window, afforded us beautiful views of the beach and beautifully landscaped back yard with swings and tiki huts. We found the seating in the living room comfortable as we watched movies together on the flat screen tv. Air conditioning was a definite plus when we needed to escape the heat of an excessively hot August. We found this to be a quiet and relaxing stay at the beautiful Nokomis Beach on Cedar Key.
