Whiskey Creek Cabin - Peaceful creekside cabin with hot tub!

Welcome to Whiskey Creek Cabin! This adorable mountain cabin nestled in the trees in western Watauga County is a perfect hideaway!

Enjoy an open floor plan with everything you need: living room space with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and couches & TV to relax while you stream your favorite shows, a kitchen to cook, and a table for 6 to eat together. On the main level is a King bedroom with a full bath across the hall, and upstairs is a Queen bedroom with a custom built in elevated Twin bed and attached bath with shower.

Head outside and around the cabin to access the all new game room downstairs. Have fun with the foosball table, arcade machine, and dart board!

Outside enjoy the sights and sounds of Nature! Kick back by the firepit and enjoy the seasonal mountain views, or stroll down to the two creeks on the property and look for crawdads. Soak away your cares in the hot tub!

Whiskey Creek Cabin is just a short drive away up the Buckeye road from Beech Mountain and all its wonderful dining and outdoor recreation areas, including hiking trails, fishing, and of course Beech Mountain Ski Resort! Watauga Lake and Boone are both less than 20 minutes away as well.

Additional Notes:
- There are gravel parking spaces for up to 2 vehicles.
- There are about 4 steps to enter the main level of the home from the parking area.
- The owners of the home have 4 exterior security cameras mounted to the corners of the roof facing away from the cabin, to help ensure their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the interior of the home.
- The game room is accessed via the exterior only - there are no interior stairs to get into the game room.
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
