Summary:
BRAND NEW Construction Home built in 2019 in the heart of Dallas located in the prestigious North Oak Cliff neighborhood. It has an open concept floor plan with all new granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and a large driveway, making it the perfect highlight of a great stay in Dallas. First class amenities such as high speed Wi-Fi, smart tv loaded with all your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube) and cable will make you want extend your trip.
The Space:
Brand New Home! The space consist of a large living room, 3 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and a large 2 car garage. Primary check-in is through the use of a Yale/Nest smart lock on the front door entrance. There is a laundry room that consist of a washer, dryer and sink with running water! Bathroom essentials for your stay include shampoo, conditioner, towels, hairdryer and more. The Master bathroom has a tub and shower to make your stay comfortable. The space has a full kitchen with essentials and amenities that include stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven), kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, knives, common cutlery), and coffee maker. The bedrooms (Master and 2 Guest) are large with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting from large windows in each room. The Master bedroom consists of a smart tv with streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube free of charge and ready for use! The Master bedroom also has basic cable tv provided. The living is very comfy as it includes beautiful entertainment center, smart tv for streaming your favorite apps and a super comfy sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 at night. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 full air mattress. The home being centrally located in Dallas puts you minutes away to Kessler Theater and Bishop Arts District; close drive to Trinity Groves, Deep Ellum, Downtown, Uptown, Oaklawn, American Airlines Center (Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars), AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (Texas Rangers), Six Flags, Verizon Theatre, Dallas Zoo, Fair Park, Perot Museum, Convention Center, Union Station, and Design District..

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
By booking you give permission to verify your identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check (for 28+ day stays).

Wedding weekend
My family needed a place for my daughter’s wedding weekend, and this place fit the bill. We had plenty of room for my family and all the wedding supplies. The host was gracious, to allow us to come in a day earlier than expected. Over all, I would recommend this house for anyone needing a place to stay for Dallas activities. Great and convenient location.

Beautiful house, clean, nice place, but not a good neighborhood. Check in and check out was no problem. Owner was very nice. But we definitely stood out (as the only white people) in this neighborhood. It was a somewhat quiet neighborhood except for the rooster that crows and the dogs that bark every morning. We chose this location because it was in the middle of two places that we were all week. But in this neighborhood, we felt we needed to park in the driveway and go in the house immediately and just lock ourselves inside.

Great Affordable Stay!
This was a great place for the 9 of us to gather! Location was perfect for our visit to the Dallas Zoo and some local eats we wanted to try. The place was very clean and quiet. We even had one bathroom issue and the property manager was sure to have it looked at ASAP. Was also grateful for the thoughtfulness of supplying some laundry soap, toilet paper and dishwasher soap to be used. Such a nice gesture and once less thing to worry about grabbing during your stay!My only recommendation is to bring a few things to do at the house - games, dvd player, etc. We ended up buying a DVD player so that our kids could watch movies and a HDMI cable so that we could hook up our Switch for some evening fun. Would stay again!

Sister Stay
Beautiful clean simple curb appeal that draws you in with its structural design. This home truly stands out on the block. Upon entrance you can immediately see that the posted pictures match the actual features of the house. Unexpectedly the bedrooms are far larger than they appear in the pictures. For our group, we could've used extra loving room saying but we improvised by using the barstools from the open kitchen. We were able to move around freely without colliding into one another. Everything we needed was available. We only had one question and I reached out to the host and received a redone within 10 minutes to rectify the issue. I will definitely try to rebook this location the next time I'm in this area. Beautiful, cozy, home.

Location was not great
The communication with the property management team was 5 star for sure and I would certainly consider a different property. However, the location of this property left a lot to be desired to say the least and wasn’t in or really even that close to the Bishop Arts District. I was very very disappointed in the neighborhood. We heard a dirt bike running after 10 pm and music blaring, to the point we could hear the lyrics inside the house, from the neighbor next door, at 12:53 in the morning. The house itself was clean and well maintained. The furniture in the common spaces was not comfortable at all. This is a very bare bones property when it comes to amenities. Overall I was disappointed with our stay but happy with the customer service from the property management team.
