Hi! My name is Ian Rhoades. I grew up in Fremont, California and now I live in Grants Pass, Oregon. I went to school at North Valley High School and I have 3 children. I enjoy snowboarding, wake boarding, going to the movies, exercising, reading books and being the best father that I can be every day.

The house is a single floor home. It has an open floor plan with plenty of room for up to 8 people.

➡The first room upon entering is the living room/kitchen and dining room with seating for everyone and marble counter tops.
➡As you walk through the kitchen, you will enter the hallway leading to the bedrooms and the laundry room.
➡The next room you walk by is the first bedroom with a King size 10-inch memory foam ➡The next room you will pass is the 1st bathroom which is a full bathroom.
➡The 3rd room as you walk down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom which also has a King size 10-inch memory foam bed
➡The 4th and last room at the end of the hallway is the master bedroom that also has a King size 10-inch memory foam mattress. The master has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet.
