This chic tiny home boasts 640 sq ft of space, offering all the luxuries of a full-size house without compromising on comfort. You'll be just 3 minutes away from the lake resort, where you can enjoy swimming and BYO kayaking & boating. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, Ricketts Glen waterfalls, waterparks, skiing, outlet shops and seasonal beer, wine, and harvest festivals. Don't forget to bring your camera!


Indulge in the breathtaking views of Harvey's Lake from my cozy tiny villa! Whether it's morning, afternoon, or sunset, you won't want to miss capturing photos from the deck. While the house may be small, it's mighty and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with its open vaulted ceilings and airy layout.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size memory foam bed while the living room offers a full-size sleeper sofa. Please note that space and privacy are limited, so it's ideal for a maximum of four guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and dinnerware to prepare meals from scratch. You can also unwind with your board games or favorite movies on the flat-screen TV in the living room.
We provide towels, soap, linens, and bathroom essentials for your convenience. Additionally, you can enjoy a morning coffee on the deck with a view of the lake using the Keurig machine (BYO K-cups or French press coffee).
Relax and soak in the picturesque sunset from the deck while sipping on hot cocoa. The villa is situated on 4-acres of open lakefront land with a view of the sunset, and it's attached to the main house with full privacy for the guest house.
As our guest, you'll have full access to the Sunset Beach Lake Resort, where you can swim, kayak (BYO), picnic, play in the sand, and sunbathe. The resort has lifeguards on duty, a restroom, and a pavilion with electricity. Please note that the resort is seasonal. The lake allows gas powered motorboating if you decide to bring your boat. You will need to launch daily as we do not have a dock.

Guest Access?

8 easy minutes walk or 3 minute drive from the lake resort where you can swim, kayak and boat. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, Ricketts Glen waterfalls, waterparks, skiing, outlet shops and seasonal beer, wine, and harvest festivals.

Getting Around:
A car is the best use of getting around. You may walk to some of the areas detailed in the listing if it is highlighted by walking distance. We do not have public transportation and Uber does not service this area.
