Graze House at Pettigrew Adventures is a fully renovated two bedroom, 1 bathroom private condo with a modern style decor.
The “Pettigrew Adventures” properties are owned by a local Memphis Lawyer who has a love for people, this city, and interior design. A stay in my place beats a hotel room any day. Each bedroom boasts a comfy king sized bed and plenty of space for your things. The clean, modern, fully equipped kitchen will make you wish it was yours! Inviting bar area for cocktails living space for relaxing and enjoying the evening. Amenities include keyless entry, pull-out sofa in the living room, workspace/eating area, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker, TV’s in each bedroom, brand new washer and dryer, off street parking, Wifi internet, Hulu live TV, HBO CHANNELS, central heat and air, alarm system for security and security camera's outside. We allow pets but please be sure to give us heads up if you’re bringing your furry friend(s). Whether you’re a business traveler, staying for a while, or just passing through Pettigrew Adventures is the perfect place for you.
Pettigrew Adventures is located in a historic Midtown Memphis neighborhood that is perfect for any traveler visiting our city. When you stay with Pettigrew Adventures, you are 5 miles to Beale Street, 2 miles to Cooper Young, .3 miles to Overton Park, 3.5 miles to Medical District and 4 miles to East Memphis.
Memphis is Uber and Lyft friendly. We are centrally located close to the best food, nightlife, and music in town. Some of our top dining recommendations include Central BBQ, Soul Fish Café, Aldo’s Pizza Pies, Hog & Hominy, The Beauty Shop, Ecco on Overton Square, Las Delicias and many more (just ask if you need more ideas or are craving something specific)
Some of the best spots for sweet treats include 17 Berkshire, Muddy’s Cupcakes, The Cheesecake Corner, and Jerry’s Sno Cones (be sure to get your sno cone “Supreme”).
For night life and good libations, our favorite places downtown include Silky O’Sullivans, Raifords Disco (a must go once in your life place), Ernestine and Hazel’s, and The Blind Bear. In Midtown, be sure to check out Lafayette’s Music Room, Young Avenue Deli, and Alchemy.

My name is Morgan Pettigrew and I am a lifelong Memphian. My day job is practicing as an attorney for my general civil litigation firm. The Pettigrew Firm has a strong practice in real estate law. That experience coupled with my third-generation knowledge of real estate development and design makes me passionate about providing upscale and functional properties conveniently located to the heart of the city that I love.
I am a lover of local, fine art and am always looking for a fun piece to showcase in my properties. I am a dog mom of two and adore the many pet friendly places in Memphis that allow my “kids” to accompany me. When I’m not in court, or making plans for my next investment property, I enjoy traveling the world to pick up creative inspiration to bring back to my hometown.
