On the beach life is tastier! And what better place than Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Our beautiful beachside home features six spacious bedrooms each equipped with a Wi-Fi-enabled TV. There are three King rooms, a Queen room, a Bunk Bed room and a Twin room, for a total of 8 beds where up to 8 people can sleep comfortably. Ideal spaces to rest after a long day of enjoyment on the beach. You will also have at your disposal 4 full and spacious bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Speaking of comfort, we can't fail to mention our spacious and relaxing main living room, equipped with a sofa, an accent chair, and a love seat overlooking the ocean. Additionally, it has a large flat screen TV.

Now for the foodies out there, let's talk about the kitchen. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a granite four seat breakfast bar, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware. And also, table seats up to ten people.

The house has a basic supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies; guests are responsible for purchasing/supplying all additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.

The fun has arrived!!

For those who love to relax at home, upstairs loft area with ocean views has a 60" TV, an adjoining balcony, large sectional, Foosball and pool table, and a wet bar.

We also have a home theater which has six leather cinema seats, a large projection screen with surround sound, and a PS4 game console.

But for those who prefer outdoor spaces, and also prefer the pool to the beach, our house has a beautiful pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees.
• West facing pool deck and covered lanai has a six seat patio table, BBQ, and comfortable seating area with sofas.
• Two sun loungers and a hammock.
• Outdoor ping pong table and basketball court.
• Upper floor balcony is furnished with wooden beach chairs.

So what are you waiting for to rent, wake up in the morning, listen to the waves. Go to sleep at night, listen to the waves. There is nothing happier!
