The Love Lounge Miami Beach & its 420 Friendly

This was an absolutely horrible guests; I explained to them that we fumigate the place after every single guests because people bring in pest and bugs. And explained that in that fumigation pricess there can possibly be left over pest and bugs after we leave because we cant control when the pest are affected by the fumigation; but i walked around with the guests when they arrived and made sure they were happy, safe, and pleased with the place. The guests checked in at 1am in the morning; I made sure they were safe and comfortable and then at 3 in the morning they tried to cancel but they wanted to cancel and stay. I was informed by VRBO that the guests had canceled and they were given a FULL REFUND. There is NO HOTEL;AIR BNB, OR VRBO company that cancels a reservation and then allows the guests to stay. I arrived at 6 in the morning and they were still there as if they didn't cancel and didnt get their full refund. They tried to take advantage and get over and they were extremely disgusting. I hate that I had to write this type of message because I love hospitality a d bei g able to give people an experience; but in this business youll get some great ones snd you'll get some bad ones.

Amazing Guest

My description of the place explains that you have the option to pay a small fee for parking, it's convenience. We never said parking was FREE. Also I didn't charge you for the 2 other people, because I know you guys were here for Rolling Loud. And we never give the exact address until you book. But in my description it let's you know the place is in South Beach Miami. And there are 2 ACs in the unit, I let you know when you arrived that one was stronger than the other but with 4 people in one spot in Miami in JULY if would get hot. I did what I could to accommodate you guys even though you were 18 years old, but all and all I'm glad you stayed at my place and you are always welcome back. We will be upgrading the AC units because of your complaints. Thank-you sincerely for your perspective.

As I explained in my description, the building is old and this is not a 5 star hotel like the SLS, RITZ CARLTON or FAENA, but we do as much as we can to make sure the place is suitable for guest. I appreciate the suggestions and i even addressed the coffee left over was an oversight on my part. I was unaware that the guest felt that the bathroom tub was dirty, which our place is cleaned after every single guest, but these guest's assumed that this was going to be a brand new listing and that is NOT the situation, this is a VRBO/Air Bnb type of spot, so we do what we can but there is never perfection. We appreciate their stay and they are always welcome back. 🙏
