Cayman Reef Resort # 21/Oceanfront, Unique location, directly on 7 mile beach , overlooks [ 25 steps] one of the finest beaches in the Caribbean and the crystal-clear waters of the Cayman Islands.
Great snorkeling right in front of the condo. Located within proximity to all your favorite water sports activities, restaurants, bars, theaters, and evening entertainment. Walking distance to Camana Bay , with its great
outdoors area of stores , restaurants, wine bar, cinema and Bay market. This is a beautiful one bedroom, one bath ocean front ground floor condominium. Also, a Queen size inflatable mattress. A state-of-the-art supermarket is just ten minutes away and there are three shopping centers within a quarter mile. Many restaurants are within walking distance. A minibus serving George Town (one mile away) passes every 15 minutes on West Bay Road near the condo.

This is an ocean front one bedroom ,one bath (754 sq. ft.) condo [ on the more private side of the complex] with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, new updated shower and private screened porch for al fresco dining. There is a King bed in the bedroom, Italian leather sofa and leather recliner chair in the living room, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The condo also has cable TV, and free wireless Internet, Magic Jack phone for free calls to the U.S. and Canada and elec. patio grill in the unit.

Washer and dryer are in the condo, with all linens (including beach towels) provided. You'll also have access to a fresh water swimming pool, private white sand beach, lounge chairs, and tennis court.
Watch a magnificent sunset from the beach.{ 25 steps from the unit} Take a sail on a catamaran, or a trip to Sting Ray City.
We have a UNIQUE location, on more quite side with a 3 level, all marble private home next door..
We have updated the condo- it is perfect place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Note: We can have beach change or erosion, but the beach returns.
Depends on storms and hurricanes.
We do have lounges and umbrellas set up. if or when this happen.

Everything was perfect and we had a great time. Harold called us after a short time to see if we needed anything which we greatly appreciated. Our location was literally beachfront which was exactly what we wanted.If we come back we would definitely stay at Harold’s place.

Six night stay in early March. Super easy check in. Host responsive. Beach was glorious this time of year. Plenty of silky smooth sand and clear, turquoise water. A bit disappointed with the unit. Straight out of the 1980’s and the appliances/cabinets are showing their age from wear. Other than the lovely glass shower, the unit would benefit from an update. Internet service was out for almost our entire stay. No WiFi or TV.

we have rented with Chip and MaryKe for quite a few years now. They always call the first day to make sure we arrived safely and if we need anything. They are very attentive and welcoming. The condo is perfect for us. It's very conveniently located to many walkable bars, restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Condo is waterfront and the view of the amazing aqua blue water is so inviting.

The unit is clean and has most everything you’ll need. Harold is very responsive to questions. The ocean is steps away and the resort is nice with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and chairs. The ocean and beach have a nice walk out. The location is perfect.

The host was wonderful to work with and the property was perfect for our family! The location was excellent! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean against the seawall every night was lovely and having coffee and happy hour on the beach was delightful! The house could use some updates for sure but for the price and location we would book again for sure! We could walk to almost everything! Walkable access to Camana Bay and Foster’s was so convenient! We used the island GO app if necessary to get to further restaurants! We had excellent meals up and down the island! We can’t wait to return!

Condo is situated so that the patio door opens to a patio with amazing ocean view, community tables, chairs. There was some beach area the first few days then the tide and waves took most of it over. The upper level man made beach area is lovely, peaceful, and has great views. Harold is a very responsive host!

Location, location, location!!! There is a seawall about 25’ from the back door of this condo; that says it all! The owner even called to see if we were enjoying our stay. If we ever get a chance to return to the Caymans……I would HAPPILY stay at the same place again.

Fantastic time at 7MB

While we were there in early July the beach in front of the property was taken over by the ocean but was shallow enough to easily walk in. There is also a beach that is accessible from the complex on the side. However, we didn't find a way to walk to the rest of 7MB with the current water level. Peppers restaurant across the street served amazing Carribbean food. Truly a very convenient location. We plan to go back! Harold was very accessible, friendly, and helpful before and during our stay.

Great location

We had a fantastic time staying at the Cayman Reef Resort #21. It had the all the amenities you need in a condo and the location was great. We were in walking distance from so many restaurant options, the supermarket, and snorkeling gear rentals. We also loved the ocean views and sunsets.

Beautiful view!

We had a great time staying here. The water view was great and we had some awesome sunsets. The place was very clean and well maintained. This condo had everything one would need for cooking and drinking. The location was great!

You’re going to Grand Cayman to dive and eat well, right? This is the perfect home base for a couple, beautiful beachfront, close to all the good spots.
