You will be staying the in the basement level of the house, with a covered patio area just steps from the course. The basement is large, (2200 sf) with three bedrooms and two baths; it is overlooking the 14th Hole at Fox Acres and Lake Shoshone with spectacular mountain views.

Please note that the kitchen does not have a full stove, there is a counter top cooktop burner and a counter top oven and microwave, as well as a Keurig and coffee pot. There is a propane grill on the patio. There are 3 king beds, 1 Queen, and 1 twin, with a large living/kitchen are with TV and dart board.

Also available at Fox Acres: 18 hole golf course rated by Golf Digest as one of the top "Most Fun Courses to Play" in the country. Tennis/Pickleball, Bocce Ball, Playground, Workout room, full bar and restaurant. There are 11 stocked, private lakes for fly fishing, and one open for swimming, paddle boarding, etc. (non-motorized).

You will have the lower level of the house all to yourself. The upper level is occupied by the host. This property is perfect for enjoying a peaceful holiday in the mountains. Sorry, no parties are allowed.

golf trip

Place worked out great to supplement the club at Fox Acres cottages as we had a few too many people and they had no more occupancy. Great location right on the course.

Close location for our family gathering

Easy communication with the owner, Mike, made everything work smoothly, since we were using his home for the extra family who came into town, whom we couldn't house at our place for a family gathering. Thank you!

Labor day stay

This is a beautiful property on the 14th hole with gorgeous views. Everything was clean and in working order. Please note there is a small convention oven,microwave and grill so plan your meals accordingly (no standard oven or range)

Dirty, No Pans, Dog Upstairs Kept us Up, Pics Make it Look Like you Have the Whole House But Your In The Basement, Neither TV Worked Owner Thought I Should Be able To Get Them To Work. Looking for Refund on the Cleaning Fee For All The Problems. I Will Keep You Posted!!!

Fox Acres Red Feather Lakes

This property seems to be newly finished, it lacks a woman's touch noted by lack of mirror in master bedroom, or wastebaskets. The convection oven was filthy, the Keurig coffee maker was sticky, appliances seemed cast offs from a previous home. The upstairs dogs pacing around was disturbing to our peace and quiet. The lock box code was omitted from the check in instructions. Had to call VRBO support to finally get access. The step to the outside patio was not marked and is a safety hazard, a fall was had by one member of the group! The rod in the 2nd large bedroom closet almost beaned another member when it fell down. A bedside lamp would help immensely as the rooms are very dark at night. Otherwise there was plenty of room and comfortable beds.
