This condo is fully furnished with brand-new high-end appliances including full-sized washer and dryer and a 72-inch smart tv. Just bring your apps to start watching. The murphy bed, with a new comfort mattress, will fold up and out of the way, making the unit feel open and spacious. You might be able to get away with not making the bed because it will be out of sight! Want to cook or just heat up leftovers? The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to do both. The kitchen island will also fold out of your way or leave it open and spend the afternoon working a jigsaw puzzle. Yes, a thousand-piece puzzle (there are several in the unit) will fit on the island. There is additional eating or working space at the tall table by the window, so you don’t have to rush to finish the puzzle by dinner. The bathroom is stocked with quality towels, including bath sheets and makeup towels. Enjoy your morning coffee (or tea) on the balcony or carry it downstairs to the outdoor seating area where you can feel the breeze come in from the ocean. Warning, the hammock may invite you to postpone your plans for the day. You’ll find open ocean views just steps away. There you can fish off the docks (equipped with cleaning stations), lounge under one of the many tiki huts, or overlook the Atlantic Ocean while cooling off one of the largest elevated swimming pools in Marathon. The air-conditioned clubhouse near the water is equipped with a commercial ice machine. Convenient grilling stations are located next to the clubhouse so you can easily cook your fresh catch.

There`s one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There`s a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.
