Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only walking street, is 4 blocks away with restaurants, bars, and shops. 3 blocks away is Hamilton Park, with lawns, playgrounds, tennis courts, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, gym, and occasional farmers market.

The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 10 minute walk away through cute residential streets.

Guests have full, private access to the top floor of the brownstone.

The apartment features one private bedroom, an open sleeping alcove, and a queen-size futon in the living room—perfect for families or small groups looking for comfort and convenience during their stay. The living area offers a comfy sofa futon bed and smart TV for movie nights in, as well as a comfortable dining space for gathering over meals or games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, and everything you need to prepare a meal for the whole group. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

The bedrooms feature adjustable blackout shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Public transportation to NYC and Newark Airport via the Path train. The train is a 7 minute ride to the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Easy access by PATH train or Uber to Newark Airport.

Parking is not included, but there are a few parking options. I like Columbus Garage LLC, 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. I believe it’s $28 a day. It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC.

Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.
