Welcome to our beautiful home located right next to downtown! Our prime location offers easy access to restaurants, vibrant nightlife, & exciting arts & culture events. Whether you're in the mood for a delicious meal, live music, or a theater show, you'll find it all just steps away. Plus, our short distance to the beach means you can soak up the sun & sand in no time. If you're looking to indulge in high-end shopping, you're in luck - plenty of options nearby. With all of these amenities at your fingertips, you will have a memorable stay.

The property has a Ring doorbell camera, a camera looking at the garage's exterior, a camera looking at the side gate entrance, and a camera overlooking the pool/bbq area. Cameras are used for the safety of guests and in cases of emergency. Recordings are deleted every 30 days. Only host has access to recordings.

We enjoyed our stay. A few things though. Clothes dressers to store our clothes, tissue box, like a hotel rental, bodywash, hair shampoo, a hair dryer. Would have made our stay even better.

The home is in an older neighborhood, but is well kept for its age and use. We had some slight confusion upon check-in, but the owner immediately called me and we got it figured out. They are so helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated the full manual of info on the area with things to do, places to eat, etc. They have really thought about the details and go a step above a lot of other rentals I've used.The pool was clean and warm (thank you!), and the home is well-appointed for both humans and pets alike! I loved being able to utilize the garage, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for everything we needed. I had concerns when we initially drove into the neighborhood, just thinking it may not be as quiet as I had anticipated, especially during spring break. I was very pleasantly surprised to find how quiet the area is, and how easy it was to access so many restaurants, beach, and water taxis to Peanut Island. Super easy to get in and out of the area!The house has so much space, we absolutely could have had another family with us there, but I chose it so that we could bring our pets and have a pool. It worked perfectly for our needs!We had so few critiques, related to typical wear and tear that happens in rentals. I would recommend this place and stay again in the future!

The house was beautiful, well cared for, and very spacious for our girls weekend. The pool was listed as “heated” but unfortunately was not ready to go when we arrived. I communicated with the owner and he promptly said he would turn them on. They did not kick on and I had to reach out to the owner a second time, and the pool was cold our entire time. This was a disappointment to us, as we picked this house because of the heated pool.

Regarding the pool, I turned the heater on immediately after your message. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the pool was still not warming, as I didn’t receive any further communication during your stay. It was only after your checkout, when the next guests arrived, that I was notified the issue had continued. At that point, a pool technician was sent out right away and repaired a heater malfunction. I truly appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

Fun stay, great heated pool and location!

We had an amazing stay at Stephan’s place. It was a great location, the pool was heated perfectly, and there was plenty of room! The beds were comfy, there was a closet in every room which was nice to be able to put the luggage in to tidy up. We would definitely come back!

Great location near Downtown

This location was convenient for anywhere we wanted to go. We were not far from downtown and the beach, and we were not far from the Tanger Outlet Mall, Target, Whole Foods and restaurants. In addition, we were near the airport! The neighborhood was nice and quite.
