The apartment was very clean and communications with the host were great. The only challenge was location. There are no amenities to walk to so you need a car or to uber.

Trip to San Juan

We had a phenomenal stay at this location. The host was responsive, descriptive, and gave some great recommendations of places to check out. The location was very close to the airport as well as many amenities in the city. It was very safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay

The condo was perfect for us. There were 5 of us, 2 adults, a teenager and 2 children! We had plenty of space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all. The view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL!!!! We felt safe the whole time. We’re talking about taking another trip and we would definitely stay here again! The host was wonderful with checking in and giving us recommendations for things to do and places to eat!

Very nice area

It’s a condominium with security 24 hours a day. That kind of made us feel safe. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The condo was nice and spacious. 6 of us stayed for a week. You’ll find nearby restaurants and attractions. I would recommend and will definitely go again. Oh you’ll get your own parking and there’s also a laundry room for you to use.

Exceeded Expectations

We use VRBO often, but this stay truly exceeded our expectations. The communication was some of the best we’ve experienced…she anticipated our every question! From check in to restaurant suggestions, every detail was covered. I can’t recommend this enough.

Amazing Stay!

Juliz was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! There was enough room for all 6 of us and it was a pretty peaceful neighborhood which made it very nice to come back to after a long day. My favorite part about this place is the balcony which has a beautiful view of the city and the lake, sitting out there during sunset was so nice. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are renting a car. Staying here without a rental caee still works, but make sure to budget for Ubers. Overall, this helped make San Juan a great trip!

Very roomy accommodations

This apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary amenities. It is really close to the main highways if you will be driving while in PR. It is also close to the airport when it's time to go. The pictures are accurate and there is plenty of space with three bedrooms and a spacious living room. The host was magnificent and checked up on us regularly, we never felt unattended! She was a sweetheart and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. You will not regret staying here as this is a really nice apartment. Even though it was hot, all three rooms had a working AC that made everything comfortable. I would certainly recommend it to any of my friends traveling to PR.

Girls Trip to PR for the first time from Texas

The communication was top notch and pictures online duplicate what it actually looks like. We were kind of sketchy with the outside appearance arriving, but they have a gated community. A major relief for first timers was you need to verify your identity & speak to a receptionist to enter the property. Also, you have a key to enter the building with 24/7 security. I would definitely book here again. All the Rooms were comfy, we loved to sit on the balcony every morning with a beautiful view waking up to the sounds of roosters was the best. The room was SUPER CLEAN & I look forward to coming back to PR!! 👑

Good spot between airport and El Yunque

Good proximity to airport in the direction of El Yunque Rain Forest. Building can be little tricky to find but host provides good directions on how to access the property. Google maps would direct us to the back side of the building with no vehicle access. Property is located in the middle of a residential district with stores and restaurants about a 5-10 minute drive away. Really good parking spot near building. Condo building common areas are overall okay but require some maintenance. For example, a smoke detector in the hall outside the room was giving the low battery chirping during our entire visit. The condo unit itself was in good condition, clean, and accurately matched the listing.Overall, a good spot that’s reasonably priced - especially if you’re looking for a spot between the airport and El Yunque.

Description Inaccurate

Apt was not in good location as described. It’s very Old bldg that people live in. Long concrete hallway to apt with barred door in front of apt door. Balcony over loos old homes- not lake view. Wet towels were left for guest. Could not enjoy living room no AC. We checked out after first night. Didn’t feel safe. Had to get a hotel. I will be requesting a refund.
