This condo is the place to be for beachfront enjoyment. The master bedroom will make you feel like a king! You can relax on the bed with an ocean front view or watch the new large HD flat screen. The luxury does not stop there! The newly remodeled kitchen has all stainless appliances, including a stove with a convection oven for all your meal preparations. The cabinets are stocked with all the amenities to cook and cater to you and your loved ones. However, a large variety of restaurants are nearby, including a family style restaurant just steps away that serves yummy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A variety of other restaurants are only a short walk away.

This lovely condo has easy access since it is on the second floor. You can park right below and run up two short flights of stairs to be at your front door. Or if you prefer you can just jump on the elevator. This unit is on a quiet corner in the most southern building facing the ocean. As you recline on the leather couch you have an unobstructed view straight out to the beach through the large sliding glass doors and from the side window you can look far south down the beach. Beautiful greenery brightens up the inside as well as the modern designer colors painted on the walls.

The location is perfect! You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the ocean or pier. Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop along with other shops nearby will put groceries and other necessities, like souvenirs very close by. There is a mall about 5-8 minutes away and if you are adventurous in about 45 minutes you could arrive in Orlando and visit the Orlando Mall or the fabulous Millennium Mall and be sure to have a meal at the Cheese Cake Factory! If you are one for theme parks, no place has as many as Florida! You can choose from Disney World, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, or even come in time to watch one of the last space shuttle launches! You will not run out of fun, exciting things to do!

Spanish Main Condominium is especially friendly for renters.The grounds are spacious and include a large, heated pool that was just refinished! It is absolutely beautiful and creates a most relaxing atmosphere! There is a large open space separating the complex from the main road so you feel most private when you are on the grounds. Yet you can easily walk to nearby hotels and restaurants for a 'party' atmosphere if that is what you are looking for.

The condo has a master bedroom that is elegant and kingly! It has a beautiful king size, comfy, 4 poster bed to make you feel grand. The matching end tables with lamps and bed comforter and pillows set off the lovely decorator colors on the walls. The large matching armoire houses a HD flat screen TV and wireless blu-ray player. The room is also decorated with a beautiful, large, gold three panel romantic folding mirror in the corner. You can watch in the mirror as you slowly gather a beautiful tan before going back home, if you love bathing in the sun. As you step inside the master bedroom you find you have two large closets and private access to the bath where you will find a nice shower.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a night stand and dresser. (There is a connector in the hall linen closet that helps to turn these twins into a king size if needed.) Private access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower makes it convenient for guests or your kids to use. There is a roll away bed and a fold up pac-n-play crib. The second bedroom also has a HD flat screen TV with built-in dvd player.

The living room has a large tan colored leather couch and a few cozy pillows so you can snuggle up and watch the waves or your favorite movie. A glass and wrought iron end table and lamp is at the end by the window and the new leather couch has a place to hold your refreshing ice tea or your favorite drink along with yummy snacks. In the far corner by the glass doors and the end table is a lazy boy recliner chair for you to sit in the morning and have your coffee while you watch the sunrise or the 50' Flat Screen Plasma TV with wireless Blu-ray. On the other side is a matching chair to the sofa and another end table and lamp.

The dining room is located between the living room and the breakfast bar and is seperated from the living room with a beautiful silk banana tree. You will enjoy sitting at the table having a meal or playing games because you can see the ocean or watch TV at the same time. A great place to gather and talk!

Cable TV, DVD/Blu-ray and internet are provided, along with WIFI and a CD player. The house phone has free long distance for the continental US and Canada. There is a ceiling fan in each room and of course it is complimented with a washer and dryer for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided and beach chairs and umbrellas with a few beach toys, too! There is a small cooler and a larger one with wheels.

Outside near the pool is a charcoal grill that is available for your use. The beach walk-way has a shower and water hoses along with a bench to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.
