Casa Bella is a 2 bedroom apartment on the seafront of the historic heart of Rovinj, Old Town! It overlooks the Adriatic sea and the harbor Valdibora in Rovinj.

Once you are at Casa Bella everything is at your doorstep, so it is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday being ONLY FEW METRES AWAY from everything and without the need to use a car on daily basis.

Grocery shop, bakeries, morning coffee bars, park, excellent restaurants, museums, rent-a-bike office, beach, as well as the boats which in 10 minutes take you to most beautiful islands of Rovinj archipelago ( Stating point is right below the apartment) are all only a step away.

When staying at Casa Bella you can enjoy a fully car-free holiday as everything is so close and within minutes walk.

If you do arrive by car, you for sure will not use it at all except for trips outside Rovinj.But, in case parking is needed we are here to help:

The hosts Zeljka and Zeliko are fabulous and so helpful. Zeliko went way out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed. This condo is in the perfect location to explore all that Rovinj has to offer. It is truly magical there.

Really enjoyable stay, great location to access everything in Rovinj. The owners were amazing hosts and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect, collecting us from our taxi drop off point, updating us over WhatsApp with things to do and helping us arrange our taxi when leaving. We had a phenomenal stay! The apartment was big and comfortable, in a perfect location, stocked with all sorts of useful amenities for the beach, and with the most helpful and friendly hosts we've ever met. Ideal Vacation Stay

Ivaā€™s home is clean and comfortable and beautifully appointed. The location is perfect ā€“ wonderful access to old town Dubrovnik. There are a few steps in a gentle incline up to her doorway. Sheā€™s a lovely and gracious hostess and welcomed us to her home. The neighborhood is warm and inviting and the apartment is quiet and comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay! Zeljka and Zeliko were fantastic hosts. They reached out the day before our arrival with clear instructions and asked us to give 40 minutesā€™ notice. They met us at the old town gate, guided us to unload our bags, and even helped carry them to the apartment. Once inside, they gave us a helpful overview of the city to get us oriented.They also arranged parking outside the gate (about a 15-minute walk) and even drove me back into the old townā€”saving us around 100 in parking fees!The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and has a beautiful view. Everything was thought of: beach towels, water shoes, extra bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen. On checkout, they again drove me to the car so we could bring it into the city.Great apartment, perfect location, and truly exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

Most accommodating hosts ever!

Our traveling companions were VRBO Super Hosts. They said that as good as they were, our hosts in Rovinj were over-the-top amazing. So accommodating, helpful and just plain wonderful. The apartment is very conveniently located in the Old Town near the green market, shops, restaurants, and the pier. The only place we stayed with a real living area, and a lovely view of the Adriatic Sea.

Lovely apartment in the old part of town. Zeljko gave us such a wonderful introduction to everything the apartment had, including nearby restaurants, beaches and more. When we needed something, the hosts were incredibly responsive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Communication with host was amazing, dad was awesome and so helpful in so many ways. Location was perfect! Parking was 10 minutes away which the dad was so helpful in accommodating us. The apartment is great, equipped with everything. It did not matter to us but the apartment is dated which might not be for everyone. Ac in one bedroom and ac in living space. Fan provided in second bedroom which worked great as there was ac in the space next to it Great place!

What a lovely apartment! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Just steps from the open market and easy walks to restaurants, shops, and ferry access to beaches, etc. We had a wonderful visit, and Zeljka and her father could not have been more accommodating and helpful. So kind and generous...Dad met us at the ferry and helped us with our luggage. Both gave excellent recommendations, so we had wonderful meals and great adventures during our short time in Rovinj. I would definitely go back and would stay here without hesitation.

Fantastic Spot In Rovinj

The apartment is right in the old town of Rovinj and couldn't be in a better spot. You have a view of the harbor from the living room windows which can't be beat. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and had everything we could want. Zeljka and her father were so helpful! They are really lovely people. Her father carried our suitcases into the apartment, went out and brought back some more bottled water for us, and took us on a quick tour of town pointing out places to eat. Rovinj itself is a gem of a place definitely worth seeing. We would definitely come back.

Amazing stay!!!

The property was in a great location and larger than it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. We were a bit nervous about being above the market, but it was not an issue. It was nice to have the windows open during the day to here the buzz of the market and feel the sea breeze, but when the windows were closed you couldnā€™t hear anything. Easter Weekend in Rovinj

Letā€™s start with the headline: You will never find better, friendlier, more accommodating hosts than Zeljka and her dad Zeliko. Meet us outside of the pedestrian zone? Follow his bike to the flat? Haul our heavy suitcases? Show us every light, appliance, window and amenities? Yes, yes, yes, yes and more.I am talking 40 years of travel and visits to 20 countries. Unrivaled.Of course, Rovinj, Croatia, is astonishing. Twisty old streets. A beautiful cathedral on the hill with Easter mass in Croat and Italian. A wonderful waitress from Serbia. Good food. Great walks. Postcard-perfect views.The flat was comfy, spacious with all the amenities needed for our two-day stay. The Adriatic was right out of our windows. unequivocally!

apartment in the heart of Old Town

This roomy apartment in Old Town with close access to everything was perfect for our stay! The apartment is directly above a marketplace, which is handy when you want coffee in the morning, fruit for a snack or a casual dinner in the local tavern. You can easily walk to the main harbor but there is also waterfront right out your door. We took a dolphin and sunset cruise from there. You can also walk right up to the church on the top of the hill and around the entire town. The owners have a wealth of recommendations for hikes, restaurants and beaches. You can't drive in Old Town, so you need to be able to walk to the parking lot, which is about 15 minutes away. If you don't like walking on cobblestones then staying in the middle of Old Town might not be right for you but we thought it was wonderful!

Wonderful apartment in Rovinj!!

My husband I stayed in this apartment for four nights in February and we would without a doubt give it a 5-star rating. The apartment itself is very large and comfortable. There are great views of the nearby harbor, an outdoor market in the square below, and an exceptional wine bar that only serves local wine directly downstairs. Zeljka and Zeljko were exceptional hosts; they made sure that we had everything we needed. As other reviews have stated, they provided us with true Croatian hospitality!!! Zeljko made sure we knew everything about the apartment and gave my husband a mini-tour of the surrounding area. Zeljka was only a phone call or email away and was very quick to respond. We look forward to coming back to this apartment in Rovinj on our next visit to Istria. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area!!!

I am Croatian from Rovinj, who enjoys travelling, culture, historical buildings and reading, and I am inspired by Rovinj Old Town where my apartments Arco Vecchio and sea view apartment Casa Bella are situated. My father Zelko is a great help in assisting our guests at the apartments and providing local, out of guide tips, so you can really discover this gem. I currently live in Porec where I work as a hotel general manager, and I really enjoy the hospitality sector and meeting so many great and inspiring people.

It took me a long time to choose my two favorite Rovinian places with such a unique location, the lovely view and a good vibe, so today I am glad to be able to offer my home to travellers who want to feel the real spirit of the Old Rovinj, being in the heart of it all.

Casa Bella is unique for its amazing location in our small town, and the possibility to enjoy the real spirit of Rovinj already at your doorstep. Great choice for those who admire historical sights, like to explore cultural heritage and like the town buzz with amazing harbor views.
