Guests will receive detailed check in instructions 3 days prior to their arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host`s discretion.

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $200).

If items in the unit are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.
