On the outskirts of the quaint town of Cedar Bluff, you'll find this cozy 1930's two-bedroom lakefront cottage that's ideal for your upcoming getaway. Situated right on the serene Weiss Lake and surrounded by woods at the ridges of Appalachia, you'll be able to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and soak up the natural beauty of the woods and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views!

As a traveler, you'll love the array of amenities our cottage has to offer. Unwind in the inviting outdoor pool or relax in the soothing hot tub after a day of exploration. On chilly evenings, cozy up by the wood burning fire pit (wood provided) and roast some s'mores or enjoy the private propane fire pit (propane provided) on your gorgeous front deck. Feel like staying in? Lose yourself in a movie on the smart TV that has tons of satellite/cable channels.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, charcoal grill (charcoal provided), and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table to savor your creations and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

Beyond the cottage, you'll find a wealth of entertainment options including board games and toys for kids. Venture outside and enjoy corn hole, life size chess, foosball, Connect4, outdoor playground with an in-ground trampoline, and comfortable beach loungers, and outdoor furniture. Weather you decide to cozy up by the fire pit, take a dip in the pool or in the year around hot tub, play in the sand area or on the playground play volleyball, go kayaking, take a swim in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake or watch AMAZING sunsets there will always be something to do at this property for all ages!

Also, so much to do off property in the area. Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion.

The property consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining area.

1. The Yellow Master en Suite has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as a king bed out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has it's own private bathroom.

2. The Green Master en Suite also has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as 2 twin beds out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has its own door into the guest bathroom.

3. This bedroom is in the living room. So if it is in the living room, why is it called a bedroom you ask? This isn't your normal bedroom, it has a door and lock for privacy! It consist of a full size sleeper sofa. (Sleeps 2).

**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!

**Please note. The front and back porches do not have handrails. Neither code nor insurance requires it because its heights. We just like transparency and no surprises. Thanks.

**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met & a pet fee MUST be paid. Please discuss with us before booking.

**Lake levels decrease a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports etc.

** Hot tub is year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures.

**Full disclosure common areas and exterior entrances are covered by security cameras.
