However, because the community includes a convenience store, a bar, and a grill, among many other amenities, guests may find that they don't even need to venture out of the comfort of the resort to find convenience and fun.

Enjoy drinks out on the balcony, or unwind in the central air conditioning inside. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone's bathing suits and towels are ready to go whenever you feel like some beach time. The bedroom is all set up for comfort, and built-in bunk beds provide extra sleeping spaces for younger guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
