There are beds for 12 people but we also have cots for flexibility. We also have a pack and play and folding high chair for your littlest one.

*Please do not leave children unattended. We recommend all children wear life jackets while in or near the lake.
*We have the space for a boat, however, if you bring your own we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your boat. There is a public boat launch 6 minutes away as well as places to rent boats.
*No diving from the dock- it's too shallow to go head first. Jumping is safe though!
*While you are using a kayak or a paddleboard, you must wear a life jacket with whistle (provided).
*Please make sure to put away the kayaks, paddleboard and all toys/furniture you take out from the boat house.

Communication with Kimmie (owner) was great! The house was very clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our time at Lake Marion and the beach area was perfect for my 11 month old niece.

Ladies Trip

We had a group of 10 ladies sharing the house and it was fabulous! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and honestly the beds were top notch. I would rent this house again just to sleep in the beds. Having all of the water equipment available, kayaks, paddle boards etc, was great. We loved having the sandy beach and the area to swim.My only suggestion is to put a lamp in the living room. (Uh-oh... I'm just now remembering that we moved one from the bedroom and I don't think we put it back! Oops!)Overall the house was well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Girls Weekend

The home was perfect for our get away. Nice clean well stocked kitchen, comfy living area, great screened in porch and the best part was a little beach with Adirondack chairs on the lake! Great place for getting away and catching up with friends!

Great Place to Stay for Fisherman!

What an awesome place to stay on Santee Cooper! Boat parking is always a hard thing to find when traveling for tournaments, but this place had enough parking for 6 boats and trucks! You cannot find this everywhere! Super nice neighbors and just an all around great place to stay. The host was one of the best we have ever had the privilege to stay with. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful lake trip!

From the many water play amenities in the boathouse..to the nice beachā€¦to all the comfortable bedsā€¦to the arcadeā€¦to the well stocked kitchenā€¦ to the outdoor fireplace for smores ā€¦to the hospitality shownā€¦this is an awesome vacation rental on the lake! We have rented larger, more expensive lake houses but the beach caught my eye, and we hope to be back! This is a true gem for families!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful lake house with us!

Great place!

This property is situated nicely with a wonderful sandy beachfront area that my daughter loved playing on. The house is well situated on the lake and there's quick access to Scarborough's and several other popular destinations. The house has a wonderful layout and there's plenty of things to do should the weather force you indoors. This property is close enough to Manning that if you need more supplies than the Dollar General can provide it's a convenient 20 minute trip. It was a wonderful stay!

Lake retreat

This comfy lakefront house was clean and fresh when we arrived. The use of the kayaks, paddle board, and floats was very generous of our hosts. Also, the sandy beach was a real asset. We were 3 generations of family and we had a ball! The kids went crazy over the arcade!

Yearly Adventure

This is a yearly adventure we reserve for some family time to make memories and for the children to grow together. We had a wonderful time. A few Quirks here and there but nothing that stopped our enjoyment. Thanks to the Host for their speedy resolution to our quirks, and it was a wonderful place, and the children and grands had a wonderful Time as well as me and my husband!

Great house for a family get together!

Best on the lake

I can't say enough good about this place! I rented a pontoon boat for the week to do some fishing and sight seeing. The dock, dock house, and water toys were perfect. This trip was to spend time with my elderly mom and visit with some local family in the area. I lost count of how many times mom said the view was beautiful! Mom is on a walker, so this house was perfect for her to get around with the front door having no steps and the whole house was walker friendly. She was in heaven sitting on the back patio watching for me in the boat and enjoying the views. She had me fill the two bird feeders hanging just outside the patio so she could watch the birds eat. Kimmie is the best! She communicates well and made our stay extra special! The house is well supplied with everything. Just show up with your luggage and have fun! It is located where the only local stores and restaurants are on this part of the lake. I could even pull up to some of the restaurants with my boat and eat. Fishing was great on this lake. Just be careful of the tree stumps in the lake. My sister who is older than me, I'm 62, got on the paddle board for her first time. Something she has been wanting to try. She did very good and didn't even get wet after several boat wakes went by. I joined her with one of the kayaks. There's a nice sandy beach across the back to pull the toys up and launch from. If your looking for space, this house has it with a nice large yard. You can't go wrong with this rental!
