Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
Please note that in order to confirm your booking, we require a signed rental agreement and fully refundable security deposit of $500. This deposit will be placed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to your booking, and will be released within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and it's left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Disclaimers:

1. Weather-related: Located in a peaceful woodland setting, our cabin offers a true escape from the city. Please check weather forecasts before your trip, as seasonal rain or snowfall can add to the adventure or impact your stay!

2. Road Conditions: The last half-mile of road leading to our cabin is a dirt and gravel road with narrow, uneven, and sometimes rutted areas. This road is not paved and may become muddy or difficult to navigate during heavy rain. We do not recommend low-clearance vehicles (such as sports cars, sedans, or compact vehicles) due to the risk of scraping the undercarriage or getting stuck. Trucks, SUVs, and vehicles with higher ground clearance have no issues navigating the road. If you choose to bring a low-clearance vehicle, please be aware that you are doing so at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any difficulties you may encounter. Please drive slowly and with caution.

3. Natural Hazards: Our cabin is located in a natural setting, and guests may encounter wildlife, poisonous plants, or uneven terrain. Please take appropriate precautions and stay on designated paths.

4. Water and Electricity Conservation: Water and electricity may be limited resources in remote areas, so please conserve these resources by limiting shower times, turning off lights, and minimizing water usage.

5. Cell Phone and Wi-Fi Coverage: Our cabin may have limited cell phone and Wi-Fi coverage, so please plan accordingly and consider this when making travel arrangements. Wi-Fi is available but can not be guaranteed.

6. Loud Noises: Our cabin is located in a wooded area, and guests may experience loud noises such as nearby construction or logging, hunting in the area, or fireworks during holidays. While we cannot control these external factors, we will do our best to notify guests in advance if we become aware of any scheduled activities that may cause disturbance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
