Beautiful new home close to town. Fully stocked private and comfortable setting, vaulted ceilings and smell of a new home. Spend your day exploring the beauty of Northern Arizona and adventure out to see everything Williams has to offer. Come stay at our beautiful fully-furnished 2BR home. Just across the street from Golf Course and Cataract Lake. You can enjoy the alluring night skies with your friends or family while having a BBQ in our backyard. There are tons of things to do in Williams, including, taking a drive to the Grand Canyon, drive through Bearizona or enjoying the mountain scenery at Canyon Coaster Adventure Park. Shopping in Williams is also fun.

Great amenities and property. Well maintained with a nice location close to town in a quiet subdivision. The game room and Hot Tub are great! Both brand new and great to keep guests and kids occupied.

Really nice home. Lots of extra amenities in a beautiful area. Game room was a hit with our daughter. We had a lovely short vacation and enjoyed all the house had to offer!

Absolutely loved the property. It was the perfect size for 3 adults and a small child. The property was very clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast both days we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed utensil and appliance wise. There was both a keurig and full pot style coffee maker. We could have easily cooked all of our meals there but being on vacation we chose to eat out both nights. There is a nice gas grill in the backyard that would be perfect for grilling steaks. We took advantage of the jacuzzi which was very clean with all the jets properly functioning.There was plenty of toilet paper as well as decent quality soaps, shampoo and conditioner. There were tide pods available for the washing machine and we ended up using the washing machine for one load. We traveled with a 4 year old so the giant connect four game and local park was a huge hit. The property is located in a safe residential neighborhood with a nice golf course. There is a local lake available for fishing when in season. The property is only a 5 minute drive from the main drag in Williams so you have numerous dining options and a grocery store in close proximity.Every bedroom has a flat screen tv as well as the living room which also has a nice soundbar with subwoofer. It is the perfect size for a family of four or five and has all amenities you could need Both the owner is the property were great about communicating via VRBO often responding late into the evening.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!Our experience at this Vrbo was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better!). The home was warm, welcoming, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special — from cozy blankets to a well-equipped kitchen.The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet just minutes away from everything we needed. The host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.We truly didn’t want to leave. Love the house location and Frank. We did have a little trouble getting in. Learned by trial/error to enter the “lock” icon before putting in the code, no A/C, but fan helped a lot! Lots to do, walking in neighborhood was beautiful. Golf course is within walking or short drive. I love the donkey pic…made me smile!!! We will be back, Kell and Steve

Great Location

Great House for a small family. Very clean when we arrived. Enjoyed the cool mornings out by the firepit. When we were there, it got a little warmer in the afternoons but there were plenty of fans and it cooled off by early evening. We enjoyed going to downtown Williams and walking around. The view from the back yard of the house was awesome. We are ready to go back when its even colder.

Great place!

My family and I loved it here! The communication was great. The house had everything we needed. Super clean and plenty of room for us to spread out. We loved the game room and all the movies. Super convenient location to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful place . Like brand new . Great location near the golf course. Only had one issue. The beds were extremely firm . My wife and our guests had hard time sleeping both nights . Frank was extremely prompt with answering any question I had .

Perfect Stay

Our experience at Fairway to Heaven was great! The place was impeccably clean with everything you could need or want. My boys loved the game room and the spa was perfect with the chilly weather!Frank was very accommodating and quick with responses, even calling the local Dairy Queen To see if they did cakes. Quiet Williams Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was great with communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and new. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the infinity game table and the hot tub outside, which worked well and was easy to use. Thank you for a great stay!

Williams to the South Rim

The home is extremely nice. When the host said no ac i was worried BUT dont be. The breeze is great and so relaxing. The home is close to downtown so you can enjoy the town and return to the quiet relaxing home. Fairway to Heaven is the most accurate name. I have stayed at other VRBO homes and this one is my number 1.

Beautiful Getaway Home

The home was lovely with everything we needed! We BBQ’d one night and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The spa was perfect and worked great! WiFi was speedy and appreciated as one of our friends was working early mornings. Everything is close by yet the house was a very quiet residential area which we appreciated the peace and quiet. I would highly recommend this property for 2 couples or a family of 4.

Great place!

The place was very clean and accommodating for our family besides there was only two shower towels for a family of five. It was easy to reach out to the owner and they delivered extra towels to us that same day. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommended others!
