At the end of a tucked away cul-de-sac through a winding driveway with towering trees on either side you'll reach our beautiful home on the Eagle Ridge South Course!

As you open the front door, you'll be amazed by the spaciousness and be drawn across the living room to a row of French doors, leading to a sprawling deck with an incredible view of rolling hills of the Eagle Ridge South golf course.

Star gaze while soaking in the Hot Tub or have fun in the 1000+ Sq Ft Basement with pool table, foosball, poker table, mini golf, and gaming systems!

If you came for the fresh air there is no better place than these decks to enjoy dinner and drinks or gather 'round to watch the game on the outdoor TV or catch up around the gas powered firepit.

There is something for everyone at Birdie's Clubhouse!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the property was fully stocked with amenities that kept everyone comfortable and entertained throughout our visit. The kitchen was a standout—well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals together—and we especially loved having access to the outdoor grills.The host was also incredibly thoughtful and responsive. We accidentally left a few items behind, and they went above and beyond to help ship them back to us quickly, which we truly appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! This house had everything our family needed for our stay in Galena. The hosts did a great job communicating and made check-in and check-out very easy and convenient.The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect in every way. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook in. The hot tub was the highlight with the beautiful views off the back. Every bedroom having its own ensuite was a huge plus. We’d definitely come back!

The home is clean, warm and welcoming. Fully equipped kitchen and other amenities. Perfect for our family and friends to enjoy playing games and cards. More bathrooms than bedrooms was also appreciated. Our guests had high compliments on the comfort factor of the beds. Most importantly we are filled with gratitude the owners allowed our dog. Fantastic property!

The check-in process was very simple. The house is amazing! We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and spacious eating area. Our hostess was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book this property the next time my family visits Galena.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is huge, plenty of places for a family to spread out. The host was very helpful in all aspects of the stay. Galena Territories is beautiful- winter, spring, summer or fall! And this house was a highlight!

Excellent Place

Great Thanksgiving Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property for a family thanksgiving trip. Plenty of bedrooms and a wonderful basement space filled with endless fun. Great views overlooking the golf course. Easy access to route 20 to get into Galena quickly as well. Would definitely stay here again. Great trip!

The house was amazing but even better was the host! We lost power for about 3 hours during our stay due to a storm and she ordered flashlights to be delivered to the house. She also called the power company to report the outage. She was very quick to help and keep checking in on our family. We had 2 babies with us so this was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great family weekend getaway! The house was perfect with more than enough room and lots of stuff to do. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the pools at the owners club. We will definitely consider this house again if we go back to Galena.

The Galena Territory is a semi-private, 6,800-acre private recreational and residential lake community located six miles outside the historic city of Galena in Northwest Illinois. Property owners in the low-density planned residential community collectively own 1,900 acres of recreational amenities in addition to their own properties. These include 31 miles of walking/hiking trails, Lake Galena for boating and outstanding fishing, a marina complex, an equestrian center, and a state-of-the-art pool/recreation complex. The Galena Territory boasts spectacular vistas, valleys, prairies, and woodlands, and harbor rare plant and bird species found nowhere else in Illinois. With a commitment to protecting and preserving this natural environment, The Galena Territory was designated a Community Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation in 2010. On Jan. 11, 2021 The Galena Territory Was Named as a Dark Sky Friendly Development of Distinction Award Recipient.
