The neighborhood is very peaceful and residential, and we do our best to respect the surrounding neighbors while still allowing guests to enjoy the property. When we receive a concern, we’re obligated to communicate it so it doesn’t escalate into an official complaint. We completely understand wanting to relax outside and enjoy music, and that’s absolutely welcome during appropriate hours. The message was simply meant as a courtesy and a reminder of local noise expectations, not an accusation or assumption of a party. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your experience. Our goal is always for guests to feel comfortable while also maintaining a positive relationship with the neighborhood for everyone’s benefit.

Regarding the deposit, we always aim to return deposits as quickly as possible. In this case, a portion was withheld due to the property being left unclean and with some damage after the event, which required us to hire additional cleaning help and complete extra work to restore the home to its original condition for the next guests. The partial amount returned reflected only those added costs. We strive to be fair, transparent, and respectful in every situation, and we’re always open to continuing the conversation directly to resolve any remaining concerns. Our goal is to provide a great experience for guests while also maintaining the home to a high standard for everyone who stays.
