Casa Delmar is the ideal escape for couples wanting to experience the laid-back NSB lifestyle in clean and cozy digs without all of the fuss of a full-sized home. Long day enjoying the beach? Wash off in the outdoor shower and relax on the spacious deck while listening to the ocean! Centrally located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and just a 7 minute bike ride away from Flagler Ave!

**NOTE** This is a completely private and separate guesthouse attached to the primary residence of its owner.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Attached driveway space (Dedicated) offered free of charge to guests. Please note that pictured enclosed garage in front of the driveway is not available for guest use. RV's, trailers, or oversized trucks are not permitted to be parked at this property.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

We enjoyed our short stay here so much. Everything inside was clean, modern, and comfortable, just as shown in the listing (although the washer & dryer have been updated with very nice new units since that photo). The property managers were very helpful and quickly responded to my texted questions. I appreciated how simple it was to set up the sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the outdoor shower was handy for rinsing sandy grandchildren. I don't think the location could have been more perfectā€”a few steps from the beach on a quiet unpaved road, and a couple of minutes drive from a great coffee shop (Lines & Vines), major grocery store (Publix) and plenty of restaurants. Sitting on the balcony in the evening breeze was heavenly. I would love to stay here again one day.

Very nice

Overall, everything was great. Fun Coast rentals was extremely responsive to any of my questions. The location was very convenient to the beach. The main road is a little loud, but not terrible. The space was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Just steps from the beach!

Such a pretty, cozy and inviting place We had everything we needed and the location was fantastic! Just 100 steps from the beach. (I counted) We spent most of the day on the beach. My husband felt like a kidd again riding thecwaves.

Amazing Condo!

This was one of the nicest places Iā€™ve stayed for a quick trip. It was beautifully updated and had everything you needed. The property manager/owner was SO flexible and extremely responsive. The access to the beach was super close! I also walked to Flagler everyday. It was the perfect location. I will definitely come back and stay anytime I come into town for long weekends! I highly recommend ā¤ļø

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The vacation home was clean and everything was as advertised. The beaches were beautiful and clean. The restaurants were superb and the shops were quaint and the people were friendly.

Perfect beach bungalow

If you are looking for place to stay within 4 mins of the beach that allows dogs, this is it! Could not have been more perfect for our vacation. .1 mile door to ocean (per my watch) - great deck, washer/dryer, fridge. Everything you need for a quiet beach getaway. We had 3 adults and 2 puppies - plenty of room both inside and out. Walking distance to grocery stores or coffee - a little longer walk to the main strip but still under 15 mins or so. the washer/dryer is amazing for towels and swimware. Clean, neat and tidy - with everything that you will forget. Plenty of towels was super helpful so all we had to bring was dog towels with us. Best choice we could have made. Thank you for an amazing stay

Best weekend away

Loves the location of this property. Super clean and updated. Steps to the beach, the Tiki Bar, and close to downtown. Rarely used our car as we biked everywhere. Great size apartment for two! Loved being able to bring our furry friend.
