The Space:

Inside, tropical ocean‑inspired décor creates a calm backdrop for relaxed evenings, and the high‑speed Wi‑Fi and Smart TV make unwinding effortless. Whether you’re planning a quiet staycation or exploring Clearwater’s shoreline, this home feels like a breezy, comfortable base for every moment.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. A queen bed fills the second bedroom, and the third bedroom offers two single beds. A twin air mattress provides an extra sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access.



Living areas

The open living room offers comfy seating and tropical décor that invites you to settle in with a book or a favorite show on the Smart TV. Room‑darkening shades let you control the light for a restful night, and the high‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected whether you’re working or streaming.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for sharing meals or planning the day ahead, and you can carry dishes out to the screened‑in tiki patio for al fresco dining.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened‑in tiki patio for relaxed outdoor dining, or dip into the pool for a refreshing swim. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating and a fire pit, perfect for unhurried evenings under the stars. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head straight to the nearby shoreline.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are all included. A private entrance, self‑check‑in with a smart lock, and free parking for up to four vehicles (plus additional street parking) add convenience. The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.



Neighborhood

Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Largo. Clearwater and Sand Key beaches are just a short drive away, and local attractions are within reach, giving you the freedom to enjoy both peaceful downtime and vibrant local exploration.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
