An amazing 100% self-sustainable house in the middle of the forest but only 5 min from the beach by car.

How is the house self-sustainable?
We have installed 12 photovoltaic panels and 28 batteries to keep the light 24h/day. Please be mindful of the electricity, and you'll never feel restricted in your use. Don't worry if you book we'll guide you.

The water comes from a well and is automatically refilled every day, in total, you'll have 2000l of water every day. Which is plenty.

This house is perfect for people who want to immerse in nature and stay close to the beach.

We made the house as comfortable as possible to meet your needs. A big sofa, 55-inch TV, and all imaginable kitchen utensils. All mattresses and pillows are memory foam. The towels are 100% cotton.

Please bring your own beach towels. Or let me know if you can't we can provide some for you.

Note that we are close to a national road with passing cars. We have earplugs in case you feel bothered at night.

The location is 5 min by car to the beaches of Costa da Caprica.
5 min drive to the street full of restaurants, local shops, fresh produce market, and supermarket.

15 min drive from a shopping mall.
40 min by car to Lisbon.
50 min by car to Setubal and Arrabida where you'll find beaches without waves
