The World Class Championship Golf Course was the site of the 2000 LPGA Standard Register Ping Tournament. The Resort offers 328 luxury guest suites featuring a full kitchen or kitchenette, spacious living area and a patio or balcony overlooking the golf course or courtyards.

Two Bedroom: 1257 sq. ft of living space includes two living rooms, two private balconies or patios and two bathrooms. A two bedroom suite is basically a Studio and One-bedroom Suite combined with a fully equipped kitchen ready to serve a max of 10 people which includes all the cookware, utensils, coffee-tea maker etc. you will need. Sleeps Max of 8

Please Note: Rates vary depending on your desired travel dates and resort availability.
MUST BE ā€œ21ā€ to make reservation and check-in, along with having a Major Credit Card in your name at time of check-in. Resort requires a $150.00/deposit to hold on file for any incidentals such as food/drinks. However, will not be charged if you do not charge items to room.

Great time

Golf get away

Great place for a quiet golf get away. The views were amazing. Glenda got us an amazing casita on the golf course. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family retreat

This was a great rental layout with adjoining rooms and plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was very convenient to resort amenities and to the airport and downtown attractions. We had a lovely few days to rest and recuperateā€¦. Just what we all needed. Would definitely stay here again.

1 Bedroom Legacy Golf Resort Suite

My family and I traveled to Arizona for a week in late March to attend my sisters wedding and enjoy a few days of relaxation. Upon arrival we discovered our lodging accommodations were not as promised for a family of five. Frantically searching the internet for alternative options we thankfully found Glenda Stewart. At this point we had checked out of our scheduled lodging and needed a place to stay for the remaining 6 days of our trip. Glenda was a godsend as she made numerous call to the resort to ensure we would have a smooth check-in and a property that would satisfy our needs. The one-bedroom suite provided all the room and amenities required by my family. The staff at the resort was courteous and informative throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying at the Legacy Golf Resort and making Glenda your first contact. Thank you again Glenda!!! My family and I had a great trip, enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Best,

Perfect!!

We were blown away by our beautiful condo! Double jacuzzi, big shower, his and her sinks, lovely balcony, wonderful kitchen... A-PLUS accomodations Grounds/clubhouse/course/pool are fabulous. Glenda was helpful, prompt, pleasant and offered a great price; the staff here on site is polite, friendly and accomodating. Leaving, very reluctantly, in the morning. But we will return! One hint for baseball fans coming in March: if you want to see a spring training game, be sure to get your tickets ahead of time. We assumed, wrongly, we could get them at the stadium. Alas, they were all sold out! Our bad, but hope to save someone else the "surprise" if you love baseball. Even so there was plenty to do and we had a blast. Thanks for a relaxing, fun, and beautiful vacation experience, Glenda!

Glenda and Legacy Resort

First off, we don't write reviews, but we are eager to write the following one. All the reviews listed as of today are 5 stars, including ours. There is a simple reason for that - working and booking through Glenda and staying at the facility itself. We have worked with Glenda three times in the past year. Her process and accommodating is first class! We have stayed at the Legacy Golf Resort all three times. Besides working with Glenda, the Legacy provides great service that becomes even better when they see you are working with a Shell Vacations Elite member. The Legacy is well maintained, clean and the staff fantastic. The golf course is also kept in great condition. If you want to be in this area, we recommend the Legacy. If you want to book through VRBO and have 100% comfort in knowing that any pre payment goes through Pay Pal, no security deposits to worry about getting back and, finally, getting the best possible rate without any hitches, go through Glenda! Fabulous stay at Legacy Golf Resort

My husband and I are recently retired and we and another couple just spent four nights in a lovely two bedroom condo suite (Casita 1205-06). It was spacious, very comfortable, well decorated, spotless, overlooked the golf course and our unit was in the building nearest the pool. The grounds were lovely and very well maintained. It exceeded our expectations. Glenda suggested waiting two weeks before booking the unit for a lower rate, which we did (knowing that it might not have been available to us.) It was a delight to work with her. Even though we are not golfers, I would try to stay at the Legacy Golf Resort the next time we head to Phoenix--and I would even request the same unit. I noticed that the pool was equipped with special chairs which would be helpful for people with disabilities to enter the pool and spa--although there were no elevators to the second floor casitas, so a ground level unit would probably be required. There were a couple families with school age children, but other than the pool, there didn't seem to be any "kid activities" (which was fine with us.)

Unexpected Trip To Arizona for Business

My company required me to be in town within 24 hours of letting me know. My stay was potentially going to be two weeks but we needed to lock up the first week immediately with accomodations as I had my wife and two small children as well. We typically stay at Legacy for the resort feel, ktichen (kids), and the face my sister in law lives on the course. Problem, everything was booked, zero chance of me getting a room as I called the resort. Glenda not only found my room for the first week after I was turned down, but she found it for the second week as well. There were issues, days missing, rate changes that all were causing problems. She worked through it all, stayed on top of the cancellations and was able to keep my family and I in the same room at the same rate! I cannot thank her enough for her dedication to me, her client. Thank you again for all you have done!

February stay

The units we rented were very nice as was the entire facility including golf course and pool. I like the location on the south side of Phoenix. I would stay here again. Glenda was very helpful answering our questions during the booking process. The units did not have smart TVs and we found the wifi connection to be inadequate to stream a full movie without being bumped off.

I credible property

This property was beautiful and convenient to everything. We reached out to Glenda ahead of time with some special requests and she was quick to respond and relieve us of our concerns. We loved her and this property so much we canā€™t wait to return. As former Mayor of Branson, Mo (a tourist destination), I pay close attention to the details. This was an exception visit!

Awesome Property!

We were VERY happy with our stay. The property is beautiful, the suite was perfect for the 4 of us, very spacious and had everything we needed. we requested by the pool and that request was granted. Great golfing, and the clubhouse food was amazing. Great atmoshere on the patio! We will be back.

Great Spot for Golf Trip

We have stayed at The Legacy many times and always enjoy ourselves. The course was in great shape. The restaurant was just so-so. Highly recommend visiting The Farm just down the road.

Just what we needed

Loved being able to have a place large enough for family to feel comfortable when sleeping. Disappointed we were in the room farthest from pool areašŸ˜ž- which we requested hopefully close to pool. Didnā€™t liked being contacted several times to listen to presentation on becoming a member. Golfing was great, pool time awesome( even with needing to sign up for a pool time slot) Never had a issue with parking our vehicle and was located centrally to nearby restaurants, other golf courses etc which were about 10 m-15 min drive , easy access to main freeway! Disappointed our balcony never really got sun at any time of day. Loved the relaxation and family time.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place to stay with our three daughters! Glenda was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool, staff, rooms, everything was wonderful! The room was not ready for us when we got there at 5pm for check in, so that was a bummer, but the staff did everything they could and even brought us a bottle of Prosecco for our troubles. :)

Golfers Paradise in South Phoenix!

Our Family stayed here. Overall very nice and clean. Layout of the Casita very roomy and spacious.Property grounds very well kept and golf course landscape excellent.Would very well recommended this spot.The pool and spa is real nice.Very Good resort for Golf in south Phoenix!

Disappointed in the Desert

We stayed at the Legacy Golf Resort for two weeks. accommodation was reasonably priced but we did not enjoy our stay as much as we could have... The rooms were spacious and well appointed but tired and lacked cleanliness. We were set up to have a full clean on a day but the cleaners did not show up - when we complained the next day got some attitude but was corrected before the end of the day. The pool was under construction and that was not disclosed to us when booking - the plan to go to other resorts for pool time was not realistic. The restaurant food was barely edible but staff were very good. After golfing the first day was not able to get a t-time for the balance of the trip (to be fair after a few days gave up trying to book). Not terrible but probably would not go back.

Legacy Golf Resort

My wife and I have stayed at Legacy quite a few times. This time we reserved a unit through Glenda Watkins and it was an outstanding experience. She was very professional, the reservation was hassle-free...she handled all the details like a pro. We arrived late in the evening on April 15th. Within 2 minutes we had our room key and were checked in to a beautiful suite. What a way to start out our week long vacation. Our unit overlooked the 18th fairway....listening to the sounds of whippoorwills in the morning while enjoying our coffee on the balcony was extra special. I highly recommend Legacy. We'll be back often.
