Come and stay at our waterfront 3200 sq ft Guest House!

Picturesque rural location but with easy access to Interstate highways. The property is located in a Civil War historical region in North Georgia. Formerly used as a horse farm, it is now available for your rest and relaxation.
The hosts live on the farm and will welcome you to the property.


The space
Entire house provides desired privacy. Semi private outdoor space creates a relaxing atmosphere. The view includes pastures, small lake, creek, water spillway, wooded areas, and gazebo. Walking and hiking are available.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge, a keurig and a coffee pot, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Bring your own food and enjoy!

Guest access
Guests are welcome to walk about the property. We ask that guests please refrain from wading in the water spillway as it is slippery at times.

The house contains other rooms that are not available to the guest as follows:
1. An attached garage is currently used as storage by the host.
2. There are 2 locked closets in the house that contain miscellaneous housing care goods.

Communication with the host was very friendly and informative! The property was absolutely gorgeous with a small waterfall/creek area. The house was beautiful, inside and out. I would recommend staying here anytime! I would even stay here plenty of times in the future.

Lovely home. It was perfect, we had everything we needed for our family wedding. Owners communicated well with us. This place would be wonderful for a retreat for a small amount of people that would be staying. I could see this being used for a nice Thanksgiving or Christmas gathering, as well. Beautiful home and property with great bass fishing

Wonderful accommodations, we had everything we needed for a family getaway with fishing, hiking, and near Edwardā€™s Park ball fields. 2 day tournament was rained out the first day but we had plenty to keep us busy at this property.

Softball tournament family stay

The house is amazing and very clean. It had everything you need and then more! Donna was great and very helpful. The property where the house is located is beautiful. I would stay here again and highly recommend this house to stay at.

This home provided a peaceful stay while visiting for a family members funeral. The beautiful scenery provided the atmosphere to reflect and grieve. The home was beautiful and provided all the extras we didnā€™t think to bring with us.

Relaxing atmosphere

The house and location were great, Lots of space for family. Great property for kids to run around and explore in the safety of a country setting. Owners live next door and are very friendly and quiet. They were very attentive to any needs. The house is well stocked. The pond and the creek were the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. We would not hesitate to stay there again on our next trip.

Winter wonderland

We visited for a family wedding during a winter storm. Donna and Gerald were fantastic hosts doing everything to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Their home is so cozy and inviting and just perfect for families. My son loved the pac man and board games and I loved the feeling of being a home! Can't recommend this property enough if you find yourself in the Dalton area.

Perfect Stay

My teammates and i stayed here for a tournament in Dalton and it was perfect! Plenty enough room for us, the house was clean, the communication with Miss Donna was top notch! I would def recommend staying here was seriously a few minutes outside of Dalton but you would feel like 100 miles with how quiet and peaceful! We will be booking this place every time we come back to Dalton.

This location is beautiful! Communication with the owner was fantastic. The owners were friendly. The pictures are very accurate. The place is spacious; beds were comfortable. We only wish we weren't so busy so we could have enjoyed the wonderful outdoor space.

Amazing Property

Had an amazing stay. Was in town for a trade show at the Dalton Convention Center. This property was close enough to the center and large enough for 5 adults to be completely comfortable for the whole trip. This was by far the most beautiful property that we have stayed in. I was bummed that we were there for work and didnā€™t have time to enjoy it like should be. Highly recommended and will look to book the next time we are in town.

Overall beautiful home and property above Expectations.

Arrived at property and it is definitely one of a kind. Pond is huge house is huge. The pictures dont do it near justice. The Owners very good people are not far away keep to them selves, and are very accommodating to just about anything. I travel alot this place is 10+

Fantastic house with a view!!

The pictures do not do it justice!! This house is gorgeous and beautifully laid out. The outdoor view is stunning! We even got to walk the girls on the large property to pick blueberries! There is also a swing in a tree by the pond. The owners are very approachable as they also live on the property. If it had been cooler outside we would had enjoyed the many places to sit and view the land, water, and flowers. It is all lit up at night! We will be back
