Luxury 4BR/4BA Beach Retreat Game Room, Resort Pool, & Prime Location

Welcome to Coastal Sol, a bright and spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath beach home in the Summer Salt community of Orange Beach. Just minutes from the white-sand beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast, this inviting retreat is ideal for families, couples, and groups seeking comfort, convenience, and coastal fun.

Inside, enjoy boho-modern décor, a fully stocked kitchen, open living room, electric fireplace, laundry room, and a game room with four arcade games, books, and board games. Every bedroom, along with the living room and game room, features a Roku Smart TV. Guests may sign in to their preferred streaming services using their own login credentials.

The first floor includes two king bedrooms. Upstairs, one bedroom has two queen beds, while the fourth bedroom has one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. An oversized twin rollaway bed, highchair, and pack ’n play are also available.

Outside, relax on the covered patio or enjoy the fenced yard. Guests also have access to the community’s zero-entry pool, fire pit, and putting green. Four beach chairs, one umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided.

Beach access is approximately a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive. Live Bait, Doc’s Seafood, Ruby Slipper Café, Wolf Bay, and Beachside Mini Golf are within walking distance. Gulf State Park, The Wharf, Flora-Bama, OWA, shopping, dining, and entertainment are a short drive away.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked downstairs owner’s closet. Five dedicated parking spaces are available in front of the home, with three additional guest spaces along the side.

****Required Pre-Check-In Process

After booking, the primary guest will receive an automated email with a secure link to complete the required third-party pre-check-in process, verify their information, sign the rental agreement, and select one of the following damage-protection options:

• A $600 refundable security deposit authorization hold
• A $160.50 non-refundable damage waiver

The refundable deposit is an authorization hold rather than an immediate charge and is released seven days after departure, provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning charges, or rental agreement violations. Bank processing times may vary.

The pre-check-in process must be completed before check-in instructions, the door code, and property access information are released.

***Additional Information and House Rules

• A complimentary starter supply kit is provided. Each bathroom includes one roll of toilet paper, two makeup-remover wipes, and one bar of soap. The kitchen includes one roll of paper towels, a dish towel, sponge, small bottle of dish soap, one packet each of dishwasher and laundry detergent, and three trash bags. Please bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

• Beach towels are not provided.

• A highchair and pack ’n play are available. Please bring your own pack ’n play sheets.

• Guests may use the four beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon. Please return all equipment to the home after each use.

• The home is cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included.

• The primary renter must be at least 26 years old and must remain at the property throughout the reservation.

• Only registered guests are permitted.

• U-Hauls, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

• Pets, smoking, and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property.

• Illegal substances and illegal activity are prohibited.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Late checkout is not available. Please reserve an additional night if more time is needed.

• Before departure, guests must start the dishwasher, remove all trash from the home, and place it in the outdoor trash cans located along the side of the house.

• Extended stays may be available from November through February. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

~Safety and Monitoring Devices

For the safety of our guests and property, the home is equipped with a noise-monitoring and smoke-detection device. A doorbell camera is located at the main entrance, and an exterior security camera is positioned on the side of the home facing the street.

These devices monitor permitted safety conditions and exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
