Polo #406 is a beautiful, comfortable unit overlooking the ocean. It offers breathtaking views of Molokini, West Maui, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. The unobstructed sunsets are absolutely stunning!

While staying at the Polo Beach Club, guests are steps away from a private, gated beach and access to the Wailea Beachwalk, a popular walking path that winds along the ocean to the Shops at Wailea and beyond. Whether your walk takes you north along 'everyone's favorite' Wailea Beachwalk or south through the neighborhood of incredible $17,000,000 (and up) gated estates, you will never be bored by the endless beauty of God's creation.

Throughout your stay, you can take embrace as much activity (or non-activity) as you need. Right on Polo Beach are some small tide pools, great waves for boogie-boarding or body-surfing, and even some small crabs for the kids to terrorize. A little deeper in the water, you'll find some great snorkeling or diving - right outside Polo Beach Club. Just above the beach, relax by the pool and then enjoy the hot tub overlooking the ocean.

A mere five minutes up the hill from Polo Beach Club, the Blue and Gold Wailea Golf Courses offer fine golf with some beautiful vistas.

Shopping at the Wailea Shops (just North of Grand Wailea Resort) is fun and includes a nice variety of shops and restaurants. If you'd rather dine in #406, prepare your meal to the sound of the surf and enjoy it while watching another spectacular sunset.

After your day's activities allow the sound of the ocean-surf, softly embracing the shore, to lull you to sleep every night.

Hawaii is a love of our family's life. We lived 3 years on Oahu while serving in the Navy. We then returned to Oahu as civilians. Having come to Maui for years attending the Hawaii Eye Medical Meeting, we enjoyed many, many walks to the south end of the Wailea Beachwalk. We would turn back at Polo Beach Club to return to our accommodations at the Grand Wailea. It was in 2003 that we decided 'for fun' to see if any oceanfront condo was available for sale. After amazing events and timing, we were blessed with Polo #406.

Through Polo, we have met many wonderful people who have become friends along the way, including Polo personnel and guests.

Every time we return to Maui, the minute we walk into the entrance of the condo, our concerns of the day are replaced with serenity and peace.

It is our desire that our condo, Polo Beach Club #406, will offer you serenity, peace, and rest as you are caressed by the gentle Maui tradewinds.

Maui getaway

Polo Beach Club is amazing, and 406 has front row seats to the most beautiful sunsets we know. The condo is well appointed and has an old Hawaii vibe. Thanks for another wonderful stay.

Great location but tired unit

We’ve stayed at Polo Beach club in many units. This is a fabulous location, but the unit itself is very tired. It needs a good updating to justify the price.

A perfect way to enjoy Hawaii

The Polo Beach Club is an amazing place! We had an opportunity to spend a short week with our young adult daughter… she often would grab coffee and breakfast for us, and we had the perfect deck to enjoy Our ocean front condo was hard to leave…

Comfortable condo in great location with spectacular views

This was our second stay here, so that tells you the most important thing you need to know! Great location and views, and everything is very comfortable. Gotta love the AC too! Hosts responded quickly to questions. Love this condo.

Location! Location! Location!

We’ve stayed at this property and this particular unit several times and love it! The location of Polo Beach Club gives you easy access to the Wailea Beach Walk and all the resorts along the way. The pool and surrounding area is clean and well maintained The unit itself is on the front of the building with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There is plenty of room and the condo has always been exceptionally clean, well stocked and quiet. And the owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

Great location, unit could use some updates

Perfect Wailea beach location near resorts and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, unit was well stocked and clean. For the price, I expected something more updated. There are few outlets, weak water pressure and older decor. Wehad just come from a 2BR Hyatt Residence Club that was about the same price, newer, modern and larger. So this felt like a step down. But location was awesome.

A great condo in a great location

The title says it all. This is a beautifully appointed condo in a very nice building. The ocean views are incredible, and the location immediately adjacent to the premier Wailea resorts makes it very easy to access all that the area has to offer. Finally, the owner was a pleasure to work with.

The Perfect Spot

We've stayed at Polo Beach Club many times, and this is one of the nicer units. We especially love the big, corner balcony. We'll definitely book again!

The best ocean view on Maui!

Excellent location! With it being so close to the beach and situated in the beautiful area of Wailea you cannot go wrong with this condo. All the amenities, including two full bathrooms and full size washer and dryer. Master king bed was very comfortable. Could sit and watch whales breaching from our lanai! Would not change a thing about this place. Beautiful ocean view from Master bedroom, living area and lanai. Fell asleep to sound of waves crashing each night. We have stayed at Grand Wailea and the Marriott in the past and felt the close proximity of the beach and all the amenities in this condo make for a much better vacation. Can still walk up the beach path to visit restaurants or take in a Luau at nearby resorts if you choose. Best of both worlds! Amazing snorkelling just a 2 minute walk up the beach to the right. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip, this was our fifth trip to Maui and by far the best place we’ve stayed. Kris was also very responsive and accommodating. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing Vacation!

This property is gorgeous! No idea what the other bad review was talking about! Location is perfect! Walking distance to all the big hotels and shops. Beautiful pool and beach. Bed in master bedroom soooooo comfy. Cool breezes all night. House was clean and had everything we needed. Not sure why one person said cabinets and closets stuffed. The cabinets had everything we needed for cooking. Closets empty, tons of space for hanging clothes. Washer was clean and did not smell of mold. (We have same model at home and have found door must be left open, they have sticker on top that says the same) dryer worked great. It was a lovely, spacious, well appointed home! We are so happy we chose this place for our little getaway. Thank you.

Wonderful!

This is our 2nd time to stay in this condo and I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else. The views from the lanai are awesome. You have an unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean and can sit and whale watch for hours. The condo itself is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a full size washer/dryer and, the bathrooms have plenty of towels and the whole unit is extremely clean! The king bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. I noticed a few changes since our last stay—new window shades, new toilet in master bath and new sofa. Has this condo been fully updated? No. Do I care? No! The comfort and cleanliness of this unit are outstanding. The location of Polo Beach Club in Wailea is perfect! Easy access to the Wailea Beach Walk and its many resorts and shopping. Definitely a 5 star vacation spot.

A week in paradise

This is a lovely condo on a perfect Hawaii beach! You can watch whales breach right from the balcony. Everything you need for a perfect week is there! The condo is well outfitted and very comfortable, with plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware, and is well equipped with updated appliances. This was our 3rd stay in this condo, and we loved the new toilet in the primary bath, new window coverings, and new digital entry to the condo, as well as the beach and pool. The owners are responsive, but in truth, we have not needed to contact them as everything was working perfectly! The king bed in the primary bedroom is comfortable. The dining table sits so you can look out of the corner window at the incredible view of the beach and ocean. The balcony is shady until late afternoon, and is a delightful place to read and relax. The full size washer and dryer work very efficiently. The building has covered parking below the building and I believe they are installing a security gate. Polo Club has the perfect location in Wailea, and this condo is just over the beach. The beach is lovely, and the pool quiet and pleasant. This is the ideal condo for a vacation in paradise!

Very disappointing

The property is very old. It appears that no upgrades or maintenance have been done. Many things are broken or non functional anymore. Screens on deck come off the track every time you use them, deck doors don’t lock, the mechanism is so badly rusted. One of the chairs on the deck has a broken leg and isn’t safe to sit on. Most cupboards and drawers are overfilled with useless stuff that has never been gone through. Some of the doors won’t close because of this. The two large closets are so full that we had a total of less than 2 feet to hang our clothes. The Murphy bed was comfortable but was so large for the room that when out it wasn’t possible to walk around it so you lost access to most of the room. The wine fridge didn’t work, the washing machine reeks of mold. I used the cleaning cubes 3 times along with scraping the black goo off the rubber door seal and it still smelled awful! The California shutters were broken and needed to be adjusted by hand. The window screens were so filthy that you couldn’t see through them. Also the secondary bathroom tub/shower is not safe for anyone with mobility issues. It is a jacuzzi so the sides are high and difficult to step over because there is a glass enclosure and no safety rails. Needless to say my husband and I were very disappointed. We did not get good value for the high price being asked.

Great location and responsive hosts

We enjoyed our stay at Polo Beach #406 celebrating a 77th birthday. (3 adults for half the stay, then 2 adults) Some highlights: Ocean view, wonderful spot for sunrise and sunset Condo very quiet, hardly knew we had neighbors Kitchen included everything needed for meal prep Great private beach, relaxing pool scene AC was steady and worked well during our stay, which was helpful with afternoon sun exposure. We didn't take advantage of the games that were provided but there's plenty to choose from! Wifi: connection worked for our devices and streaming. Some items that could use improvement: Primary bedroom: toilet would frequently run for 5-10 seconds. Owners scheduled a plumber visit right away, but problem was not completely fixed. Second bedroom: Murphy bed mattress rather uncomfortable. Very firm! Need to put the bed away each day to easily move around the room. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Leftover paint/tools and other supplies stored in built-in cabinets which was sort of an odd find. Bedding and beach supplies stored in closet so not a lot of room available to unpack clothes. Also, only one functional outlet in room for charging devices, which was connected to a wall switch. Both hair dryers were pretty old and not reliable. I purchased a new one which host offered to reimburse. Living room: tv rather small, but worked fine. In general, we enjoyed the location of Polo Beach 406 very much and would consider staying here again. Also, the hosts were very helpful with a request to reschedule our stay due to a medical issue which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Previous Hawaiian residents that, after moving to the mainland, couldn't escape the call of Hawaii. We have two grown children and a grandchild that adore this unit and have fallen in love with Polo Beach. Many fabulous family memories have been made here.

We had come to Maui for years and loved staying at the Grand Wailea. Seeing Polo Beach Club everyday on our walk, we always wondered about the availability of a prime oceanfront unit on the north side of this complex. We asked and were blessed to discover that #406 had just been marketed for sale. As the previous owner told us, this unit is in the perfect location. High enough to be private but low enough to sit on the lanai and watch grandkids at play. Without having to strain your neck, the ocean lies well within view. We chose this part of the island for the solitude it offers compared to the busyness of the west side of Maui. The meadows of Haleakala and the beauty of the clouds shrouding its peak are breathtaking. While offering fine dining, empty beaches, great snorkeling, and lots of shopping, it is removed from the crowded streets of Lahaina and Kaanapali.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The walk along the Wailea Beachwalk every morning is a great way to start the day. In the evening, open the sliding doors and allow the Hawaiian tradewinds and ocean sounds to fill the condo. There is nothing like being lulled to sleep to the song of the constant surf lapping the beach, which sits a mere stone's throw from the breezy tradewinds-kissed-lanai off of the master suite.
