Inside, the apartment is light-filled and spacious (86m²/925 ft²) with a modern open-plan layout. Premium comforts include ultra-quiet air conditioning/heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (~400 Mbps), and a smart TV with global entertainment options, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and international channels.

The fully equipped kitchen features a Bosch dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine (with recyclable pods), and a Brita water filter. We also provide all cookware, utensils, and essentials—even a welcome kit with soap, shampoo, and shower gel.

Two generous bedrooms offer high-quality bedding: one with a luxurious king-size bed, the other configurable as a king or two singles. Pool towels, bath towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and sun loungers are included.

Relax by two pristine swimming pools just steps from the apartment, both with umbrellas, and full facilities.

Secure underground parking keeps your car cool, with extra guest parking available outside the community.

Strictly no parties, events, filming, or additional visitors beyond those included in the reservation. The property is professionally managed and covered under Airbnb AirCover. Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

100% of the penthouse is for your private, personal use. All storage areas in the apartment are also available to use, e.g. drawers, wardrobes, kitchen cupboards, etc.

Our penthouse apartment is a strictly non-smoking environment. There are noise restrictions in place, as it's a community. No loud noise late at night please or too early.
