Gorgeous industrial modern 1BR studio in heart of Nevada City Historical District, steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free.

We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.
The space
Modern designer build with high-end custom materials and finishes throughout. This cozy studio-style space has a cushy queen bed, with luxury linens, down comforter and fluffy pillows. There is a large TV on the wall across from the bed. At the end of a full day of exploring/shopping/dining, kick off your shoes, heat up the left-overs and lounge in bed watching your favorite shows on Netflix.

Please note the location in the description as we are in town and very close to the business district. As such you may experience some light noise in the early evening.

Note: There is NO additional lounging space (couch, side chairs, etc) but there is a bistro table and chairs for morning coffee or intimate dinner for 2.

The galley kitchenette is just off the sleeping space but separated and has full size stainless steel appliances, high-end fixtures, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. Small built in fridge, microwave, and fully stocked dishware and cookware.

The bathroom is separate and private with an industrial-design flair and includes custom tile and cabinetry, a spacious walk-in shower, and bath amenities.

This is a fully private space with free on site parking. Private entrance with keyless entry and lockbox.
Other things to note
NEED MORE SPACE? This space has the option of adjoining with a very large suite on the same level to create a large full 2BR apartment. Inquire as to the possibility of renting the combination if you are traveling with family or another couple. Great for an intimate gathering of a small group.
