Great Stay

We had an amazing time and look forward to staying here again. The games room was a big hit with the kids and adults, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Lots of space, for quiet, and activity. The view is amazing, and it is close to Picton, for easy access to groceries, restaurants and shopping.

Cycle holiday

Very good place for cycling friends to relax together after our days of cycling. Enjoyed the pool and the large living area.

Wonderful home with stunning view!

Great for groups and children

Five families with small children stayed at this cottage and it was large and spacious for all of us to enjoy. The cottage came fully stocked and had everything we needed for us to be comfortable. The cottage is 30 mins away from Sandbanks and a quick 10 minute drive into Picton. We loved having both beach days and pool days during our week!

So much more than we expected

A beautiful property with great amenities, lots of fun for kids. We loved it so much that while we were there we rebooked for the summer. Can’t wait!!! Our hosts were very communicative and friendly. Thanks for helping us build so many memories!

Golf getaway

We were a group of 11 looking to enjoy good golf, food and friendship! We had a super experience and really organized ourselves so we could enjoy this beautiful property to the max! We loved the kitchen and the games rooms! We managed a pool day too which was heaven! The accommodations were a huge success and everyone loved the house! Definitely would love to go back ❤️

Extended family gathering 3 generations

8 adults and 8 teens. We really enjoyed the location close to Picton, and Sandbanks. Great indoor and outdoor spaces including separate common areas for enjoying the view, dining and being entertained. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and some extras. Can’t wait to go back.

Tranquility on Quinte Bay close to everywhere in PEC.

Host is outstanding. Home is very well maintained. Very modern home. Alot of bedrooms....rooms...fun/family amenities. Pool is HUGE BONUS. View is one of the best anywhere. Well worth the investment.

Reunion location

We spent two terrific nights at this property celebrating over 40 years of friendship. The house was comfortable and spacious for our group of 12 The kitchen has everything and the layout of the house is perfect for a big group. Lots of room to spread out and the games room was a wonderful bonus. We are thinking about a re-do

Wonderful house and amazing host

We had a lovely stay in July 2022. 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids). The house has a spectacular game room for all ages, a pool with a stunning view and enough rooms to make everyone at ease. The host (Rose) has been nothing short than spectacular. We will go back !

Great getaway home close to town, wineries and breweries

This group travels together once a year to get away from our hectic lives and when we saw this property online we knew it would be amazing. As soon as you walk in the picture window showing the view of the Bay of Quinte is unreal! We were fortunate enough to have hot weather to enjoy the pool. Lots of cozy spots to sit with coffee or wine and all the beds were comfy, kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make you feel at home. Rose & Matt were amazing hosts and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for having us!

Amazing property!!

My family got together for the Easter weekend and were very impressed with the accommodations. The house is even more beautiful than the photos and the view is spectacular. We were 15 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone and it never felt crowded. The house is extremely well equipped and the attention to detail is impressive. Rose, our host, responded immediately to every email and provided us with detailed instructions prior to our arrival. We can’t wait to stay there again! Thanks Rose!!

Just the right place for a retreat

We are impressed with the view from the house and all the amenities . The rooms were sufficient for all of us' We wished we had come at a better time because the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy the place. The safety protocols in the house are good. We appreciate the host Rose for keeping us posted of problems that had come and the flexibility to allow us to leave so we can complete our planned activities.

Friends Retreat

We had a group of 13 people staying at Rose & Matt's property for five nights. The house was plenty large enough for all of us with all the amenities you could ever need - a fully stocked kitchen, bbq, pool, lots of patio space and furniture and so much more. Rose and Matt were extremely helpful when our group had questions before we arrived to the house and during our stay and answered us within minutes. The view was spectacular from the large picture windows and the house is just a short drive into the town of Picton. Thanks Rose and Matt for sharing your vacation home with us - we had a very memorable vacation!!

Amazing & beautiful large family property!

We wanted a post COVID family getaway to reconnect. A top priority for our group was a pool - not just for the three grandkids (3-8) but all us grownups. So the great new pool, the huge deck, plentiful loungers, privacy fencing, safe gating and spectacular view was where we spent ALL day - everyday! The house is amazing! The large open concept kitchen, dining, family room is adjacent to a well equipped games room. The BBQ is a few steps from the kitchen so that’s perfect! There were cupboards full of every kitchen utensil, dish … even replacement bags for all 3 garbage bins, foil … too much to mention! Great gas range, 2 fridges and a wine cooler! (Note to self: bring ice & 14L water bottle for cooler) Our family of 8 adults/3 kids only needed the 3 main floor & 2 upstairs bedrooms. Yes there was a fight over the king bed! But in the end everyone ended up with their kids on their room. The AC worked well so sleeping was easy. During our short stay with gorgeous weather we didn’t have time for pool table and downstairs but for larger groups or rainy days there’s plenty to occupy every member - it would be great! There’s no direct access to the water but passes to Sandbanks if you want. But really we never wanted to leave! We are planning to return next year hopefully and start a new tradition of annual 4 day family reunions! Rose was absolutely terrific throughout the entire booking process and extremely patient with my many questions! Thank you so much Rose & Mat for sharing your amazing home! There’s so much more to have told everyone about! 💕

Un sejour mémorable

Magnifique demeure, décor intérieur impeccable et emplacement majestueux. Tout est parfait: chambres, salles de bain, cuisine, salles de séjour, à dîner et déjeuner.Nous étions 16 adultes et jamais nous nous sommes pilés sur les pieds. Je recommande fortement cet emplacement.
