Overlooking the scenic Maumee River, our modern suite is close to the cities of Maumee, Waterville, Perrysburg, and Whitehouse. You will stay close to popular local attractions such as Side Cut Metropark, Fallen Timbers Mall, Historic Fort Meigs, shopping, restaurants, and more!
Our suite is completely new and the view is absolutely gorgeous!!
It's a great place to stay for water recreation, sightseeing, out-of-town visits, or just getting away from it all!
The suite features reserved guest parking, private entrance door, and completely separate living space.
The suite accomodates up to 6 guests and features a formal bedroom with a luxury queen mattress. The formal bedroom also includes a privacy divider and a full pull-out sofa bed. The living room/additional sleeping area features a comfy queen memory foam sofa bed. The guest favorite game room features a Pac-Man arcade game, foosball table, gumball machine, and dart board. The living room has a 65" OLED TV. The suite features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, full bathroom (fully stocked), stackable washer/dryer, 2 electric fireplaces, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, board games, and so much more!
Take the staircase (33 steps) down to the gorgeous valley and hang out at the fire pit, hammock, and beach area. Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking (not supplied), swimming, etc.
This is truly a special place, one you'll love and remember, and an absolute fisherman's dream!

THE cutest VRBO in Ohio!! Right on the river and totally stocked with everything from extra cozy thick blankets (girlies y'all know the ones) to candles in every room, cabinets and fridge stocked with everything you can think of, full coffee bar, and since we booked with kids they had us a pack n play, chicken tenders and fries in the freezer and the game room was to die for with all the nostalgic things including arcade pacman. Huge windows overlooking the deck and frozen river made this beach bum cozy as a conch shell in Tahiti. Drinking hot cocoa as the snow glittered and softly fell around us was a perfect little stolen moment that added a perfect touch. Thank you to Chris and Melissa for keeping the stairs salted and shoveled and providing such loving care for our stay!I'll recommend this place for anyone who is in need of a hidden gem tucked away in the snowy north.They were great with communication and letting us know the weather conditions (we were racing snowstorm Fern) and even helped this deep south Floridian park on the snowy hill! Very kind people and the loving attention to detail is apparent from the moment you arrive. I'd give it 10 But alas it only lets me do five!Til next time guys!!

The host was very kind and informative! The vrbo was very clean and inviting, beautiful decor and very well stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was also stocked with all of the necessities!

The place was amazing! We had a very lovely and peaceful weekend. Everything was quite enjoyable and accurate to the pictures. If anything, the rooms were nicer/homier in person. The place was bigger than expected with many fun games to play. Didn't see the family above at all, just heard the dog walking and (barking a little bit) in the morning(nothing too bothersome or loud enough to wake anyone.) Very stocked kitchen, blankets, bathroom, etc. Lovely outside patio to eat and hangout on.

Well maintained private oasis

This is an excellent spot for a couple to stay and we wish had more time to spend here. You feel close to nature (and we spotted some herons and otger birds on the water). But you have all the amenities you need. Things like the fully stocked kitchen, game room woth large tv and chargers etc were a great touch. One of the best places we've ever stayed!

Riverside Retreat

Lovely stay on the Maumee River at well stocked and well appointed suite. Games were fun. Bed was high. A little trim on the greenery would improve the great view. The trek down to green space was a little daunting (about 2 stories with a rope rail), but probably no big deal for youngsters (50 here). The driveway is steep and pulling out into traffic a little scary. Close to lovely Sidecut Metropark. Great stay.

So Many Fun Things

Lots of games, awesome record player and albums, fun colored lights and switches - so much to do. Couple that with the sounds of the river, birds, and practically nothing else. Would love to do this again.

Get together

We booked this property for a get together with friends after not seeing each other for years. It was the perfect place to relax and catch-up. It was peaceful to talk by the river and enjoy the game room.

Beautiful View!

We needed a place to stay for just one evening and this place was perfect. The view they have of the river is beautiful. The driveway is a little scary, but it worth it for the wonderful accommodations.

This was my first stay in an Air B&B. We drove up to pick up a new puppy and needed an overnight stay. The price was unbeatable. The place was beautiful with a beautiful view of the river.it was very accommodating, the owners were absolutely wonderful. Would defiantly visit again!!

BG Family weekend

Beautiful Setting

My spouse and I needed a place to stay before a family reunion on Sunday. This pl a was perfect. It was quit, serene, and very clean. The game room was lovely. The Pac-Man video game brought back so many memories. The owners left a cute welcome package and made sure that there were snacks and condiments available. I would recommend this to anyone!
