Thank you so much for choosing my home for your stay. I do see that you're indicating that we had electrical issues. As I had indicated and sent you screenshots of the electric company. There was an outage that affected 300 homes, unfortunately that was completely out of my control. I tried my best to let you know when I did receive an update but again it wasn't anything I had the ability of fixing or I would have immediately resolve the issue.

I'm sorry for then confusion, there are two central air conditioner units. There are TWO thermostats. Each operating each floor. I wish you had brought it up to my attention and I would have loved to assist.

Hi Andrea, I want to acknowledge your review and provide some feedback. Regarding the two hours that the electric company turned off the electricity, that unfortunately was out of my control and I wasn't able to change that. It has never happened before nor have I had any issues previously. I do apologize that happened and wish there could have been something I could have done regarding that issue. Regarding the additional charge, you did not follow checkout instructions. It's a very simple instruction of throwing out your trash and placing the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Unfortunately, I did get an invoice because there was food left behind. Food inside pots/pans, inside the refrigerator. Trash left throughout the house. Food, cups and plates left all over the upstairs as well and food left on the grill as well. There were cigarettes buds left inside the house, ashes on the floor indoors. Then, although there were two days between the next booking I did get a complaint from the next guests that they specifically booked at Lakeview Oasis because it was a none smoking home, due to allergies. I received that feedback even after airing the house for a couple days. The charge I have sent was to cover the bill provided to me due to the deep cleaning required after your departure. Also, I had to purchase an air purifier (which I did not charge to you) there were also marijuana buds (small pieces) that were in the upstairs bedroom. I have videos/pictures providing proof. I have never received a bad review on any of my platforms and have never provided a bad review. Most of my guests are respectful and follow the house rules. I will be following up with Vrvo regarding this matter. I hope you enjoy your day
