PREMIERE LOCATION, Location, Location, No Stairs In Guest House.....Located on The Arizona Biltmore Circle and is the closest to The Arizona Biltmore Resort and to The Adobe Golf Clubhouse and Restaurants.. Situated on the 9th hole of The Links Golf Course with views also of The Adobe Golf Course. You can easily walk (less than 10 steps) across the street to The Adobe Golf Club House and Restaurant. The luxurious Arizona Biltmore Resort is also only a short walk (about 50 steps) with fine dining and shops. "The Palacio" at Biltmore Estates on The Arizona Biltmore Circle is three homes away. Phoenix Point of Pride Wrigley Mansion is perched on the hilltop above the estate with spectacular views of downtown Phoenix and the valley in all directions. The property has gorgeous views of Phoenix landmarks including Camelback Mountain, The Praying Monk, Piestawa Peak, The Arizona Biltmore Resort and Wrigley Mansion. Start your morning off with a beautiful walk right outside your door and there are walking paths (Dr.Art Mollen paths) that you can jog, bike or walk around the Circle of Beautiful Homes on the Golf Course. Walk up to The Arizona Biltmore Resort and jog, bike or walk the canal.
Guest House has its own PRIVATE ENTRY with PRIVATE PATIO -- Has its own cooling and heating system. Guest House is an open floor plan with living area, kitchenette, full bath, queen bed with walk in closet. The bedroom has a large armoire with plasmaTV inside. There is a living area with a couch and love seat, desk and plasma TV. The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, beautiful cabinets and granite countertops.
***There is no stove/oven or pool.***
Some of Phoenix best shopping is at The Biltmore Fashion Plaza within a half mile. There are also fine restaurants at The Biltmore Fashion Plaza. Phoenix downtown sporting events and nightlife are only a few minutes away. Everyone loves The Biltmore so much to see and do while on vacation.
***The Resort/Hotel and Golf Course does not offer free services/amenities to homeowners or their guests.
Great location / Newly Built / Unbeatable prices..... Two nights minimum, Weekly or Monthly.

Biltmore Stay

We had an amazing time staying at the Guest house. We hiked several days, golfed and attended business meetings at the Biltmore. Amazing location, walkable to the canal trails, resort and short drive to everything else. The greatest part of the stay is the house and the host. The host is beyond word outstanding. We will be back!

Getaway for final four in Phoenix

We loved our place, JoAnne the host is just a wonderful person. We had everything we needed, place was adorable, fabulous location. Simply beautiful. We would highly recommend this property for a couple to get away.

Very nice area and home

Worked out very well for the two of us. It would only work for a couple as it is relatively small, but very nice quarters. Joanne was very good host, checking in several times during our stay to make sure we had bosses or needs.

A Second Visit

This is our second stay at this location and once again it fulfilled all of our expectations. The area is full of things to do, the accomodations are great for two adults, and the host is very helpful. We will be back next year.

Great location. Courteous hostess.

This property is essentially an attached casita with the entrance visible in the picture to the left of the main entrance. It is a 5 minute walk from the Arizona Biltmore. The house is gated and access is provided with a remote for the powered gates. You need to talk to JoAnne to get in the first time, so make sure you have her number available when you arrive as she will talk you through the process. After she gives you the remote and keys you are on your own. The nicely furnished room has a sitting area, bathroom, mini kitchen and sleeping area. The bed is one of the high ones, and a stool is provided for shorter folks. JoAnne's home also provides an outside sitting area which was very welcoming. A lovely place to stay with a great location.

The Perfect Location

What a wonderful place to stay—perfect for two adults. Restaurants, the Biltmore, walking paths are close at hand, and the on-site host is helpful but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay and will definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful property, walking distance to the Arizona Biltmore.

We had a wonderful stay in the Guest Quarters! Everything was so clean and well decorated. Great for the two of us with plenty of room in the living area. Jo Anne was the perfect hostess and we’ll definitely be back!

One of our favorite spots

We always enjoy staying at this Vrbo. Location is key to everything we like to do. JoAnne is a delight to communicate with. She is simply an angel. I highly recommend this cute place. Very clean and well stocked.

Just what I need

I was there for an event at the Biltmore, but there were no rooms available. JoAnne to the rescue! The property was just a short walk away and had everything I needed. JoAnne was a kind and generous host.

Great property in a great location.

The property was perfect for a couple. It was really nice walking 100 yards to golf. Very nice access to a long walking trail. Super easy to walk to the Biltmore Resort. Good restaurants close. Property manager was delightful.

Exceptional Stay in Phoenix

This is an outstanding property; with exceptionally clean and well appointed accommodation. I'd rate it 10 out of 10 stars. I'd describe it as a 'Mother-in-Law' suite attached to a distinguished estate home. It has the privacy of its own entrance and keys. Joanne is a very gracious and welcoming host with thoughtful touches to improve the stay. This will be my first choice for return visits to Phoenix, and for anyone considering staying near the Arizona Biltmore/ Waldorf Astoria area. I highly recommendation for 1-2 guests that appreciate and respect a very nice accommodation. I look forward to returning!
