This property does not permit weddings, events, or gatherings exceeding the listed occupancy unless booked directly through our office under a separate wedding agreement.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate eviction without refund. All wedding packages must be approved in writing and comply with our venue policies, insurance requirements, and cancellation terms.
