Bay Tree Condos A5 - a Port Aransas treasure! Adorable studio condo beautifully remodeled and decorated. Laminate wood floors, comfy furnishings, balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! The common areas are like no other-large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities.
