LOCATION – This fantastic slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year-round. Set at the base of Peak 7, these luxurious condominiums are located right next to the BreckConnect Gondola and Independence SuperChair to get you to the slopes or into town quickly (The gondola is closed May - Mid June).

CRYSTAL PEAK LODGE RESORT AMENITIES – With an outdoor plaza with a fireplace, fitness facility, steam room and outdoor hot tubs, there is plenty to keep you and your group occupied. More added perks are the private ski lockers, underground heated parking and free in-town shuttle service.

ONE SKI HILL PLACE RESORT AMENITIES – Being a guest at Crystal Peak also gives you access to One Ski Hill Place, which includes the resort's swimming pool, fitness center, bowling alley, restaurants and après ski bar. Also enjoy the resort's free shuttle that provides door to door service anywhere in Breckenridge. Please note: Resort and Common Area amenities may be closed or have access limited without notice.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – Heated parking garage (garage entrance height-8'3") & complimentary valet parking - 1 space available
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

Loved our stay

We visited with our in-laws as a first ski trip for our two young boys. We all loved the stay. The room was clean and incredibly spacious, the location was awesome and easily accessible to the gondola, the condominium was beautiful, the hot tub was HOT, and we enjoyed everything. The only issue we had was that the blinds in the bedroom were broken and let in some light at night and we were unable to open them during the day for natural light.

Great condo unit and location at bottom of peak 7! Very clean. Nice views of the slopes. Front desk folks are helpful but keep flexible hours so prepare to wait a bit to check in and out

Spring Break Ski

Overall we enjoyed this property. The location is great and the unit was clean. However, it is in need of new carpet, replacement of broken blinds, and better kitchen items for cooking (pots, pans, utensils). Any maintenance issue that we had was handled very quickly. We had a great week.

Location location location

This unit was in an amazing location and well appointed. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The ski storage was located literally right at the bottom of independence chair lift and SOOOO convenient. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants ski in ski out with all the amenities. The only downside was not having a pool on the premises and having to ride the gondola over to One Ski Hill, however… having access to two properties was phenomenal!

October Getaway

We love Breckenridge! This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Breck. I was impressed with the quality of the linens and appliances. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I chose this property because of the split floorplan, the location, and having the washer and dryer in th condo. We couldn't ask for better communication from our host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We stayed here in September for a long weekend and everything was great! Property manager was very responsive and the place was exactly what we expected! Everything was a breeze!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the description in the ad was that this property was excellent. Although location and view was great, the property inside itself needed attention, broken water dispenser on fridge, carpet old and stained, window blinds had broken handles and old hardware that was difficult to open. I had stayed in another unit 2 years ago that had been updated and was excellent. the amenities were basic.would not rent this unit again.

Crystal Clear!

Incredible location, excellent price and steps away from the lifts, lockers and everything else needed to truly experience ski in/out! It's almost surreal looking out the window at the Independence lift as skiers grab the next chair up, traverse down the Pioneer run and then end their day at Sevens. Hot tub, sauna and fitness center were all well maintained. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Great ski in ski out location

Great condo and location. The condo had everything we needed. The gym and hot tubs were great and never busy. Our only issue was we wished the deck was shoveled or that a shovel was available to us so we use the deck in the afternoons. We would highly recommend this property for a great ski vacation.

Pinnacle Lodging management of Crystal Peak

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the accommodation was perfect and Pinnacle Lodging (PL) did send maintenance within a few hours when one of the toilets stopped working. However, there are ZERO amenities provided even when staying for 8 days which means buying your own toilet paper, paper towels, washing your towels and so forth. Having 4 people in a room w/o any cleaning services for that long makes for a very dirty floor, etc. The room needs a GOOOOOOD cleaning, as the dust on the ceiling fans particularly, dust on the furniture, nominal mold in one bathroom, grease the kitchen door handles, etc. was disgusting. It's a great location but just know it's more like a VRBO where you do everything and provide everything.

Sibling Ski Trip

Fantastic experience! Incredibly located for both the skiers and non-skier thanks to the Gondola and Independence Lift right out the door. Parking indoors was such a breeze and the amenities at the neiboring resort were excellent (even if we barely ok the time to use them). Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication and service. While a small or trivial thing to some, a wonderful plus to us was that the unit had a few humidifiers for our use. This being such an arid area that was a game changer for us. Highly recommend!
